This experience was... - This experience was 10/10! Georgia was a knowledgeable guide who was able to tell us so much about the wines, the history and the region! The wineries were amazing and tastings and food delightful! One of the best tastings I’ve done. Small group of eight made it personal and comfortable. The van was modern, clean and comfortable also. The first winery had a gorgeous outlook and we sat on a balcony by overlooking the vines! Just magnificent views and glorious sunshine!

Stunning views, amazing Prosecco - a must! - This tour is a must!! With a short visit in Venice we wanted to visit the Prosecco region and this tour was the perfect amount of time. Started with a comfortable ride and lots of great information about the region and the land. The two vineyards we stopped at were stunning, the Prosecco was amazing and the knowledge gained is priceless. Vanessa was absolutely amazing and friendly. She guided us the entire way and was a job to have with us. Don’t hesitate to book this tour, you won’t be disappointed.

A wonderful rainy day in Prosecco! - What a wonderful day! Vanessa our guide was so nice and knowledgeable. In between wineries we took a couple scenic photos in the region which was nice. A perfect activity for a rainy day - we were inside the entire time so we were comfortable and dry. The lunch at the first winery was delicious! Very vegetarian friendly as well. I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of the pasta but we also got a plate full of crostini and cheese that I couldn’t finish! Very sizeable lunch. The first winery was a very quaint, family run business and was a casual nice setting. They were very generous with the pours and we learned a lot about each varietal. 3 varietals in total. Generous pours with as much serve yourself revisits as you desire. The second winery was a more traditional winery experience where they walk you through the making and bottling process, and then you taste 3 varietals. Massimo was very knowledgeable and sweet and spoke from a more proper education perspective. It was good to experience the contrast of both wineries. Bought bottles at both because they were both great. I traveled alone but felt very comfortable the entire time. I would say the car perfectly fit 7 since I was in the front seat. Would have been right with 8. A wonderful day making new friends and having a great time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a more local experience if you’ve done the basic Venice tours before.

It was a good day (DOCG for me!) - Francesca was on time and ready to go! She provided history of the economy on the drive to the first winery. At Rivagranda, Silvia the wine maker explained the region, DOC vs DOCG and how their vineyard harvested and made wine manually. At Col de Lupo, Julia showed how some automation could be used on the DOCG process. The vineyards had a variety of Prosecco that suited many/each taste. It was a good day!!!

Best wine tour ever - Have been on many wine tours and this was the most enjoyable and informative ever. The first winery was all about the grape and vineyard before tasting 3 great wines. The second winery was more about how Prosecco is made. Absolutely fantastic.

Day trip from Venice to Prosecco - Vanessa was an excellent and knowledgeable host and took us to two amazing vineyards. We forgot to tell them in advance that I can’t have gluten and both locations were kind and accommodating of the restriction for me. We enjoyed touring the vineyards and learning about the families committed to their Prosecco-making process. Vanessa made the road trip go by quickly with interesting insights about Veneto. This was a well-planned day trip from Venice and we would definitely do it again!

A Beautiful Day Away from Venice - If you’re looking for some time away from the crowds in Venice, this is a nice way to spend the day. Our guide, Francesca was so nice and helped us understand the Veneto region and culture. We were the only ones on this tour so it felt like a very personalized experience.

Perfect tour!! Quit looking! Book this now!! - What a wonderful day!! Francesca is a perfect guide, so welcoming, informative and fun! I thought I knew about Prosecco but still learned so much at each winery!! The hostesses at each winery were welcoming and just lovely! Three tastes at each and they were not stingy! Food at each was great too! (Even for a vegetarian that they graciously accommodated.) At first stop, there was some kind of zucchini chutney that was amazing (from their own zucchini!). I did buy six bottles of my favorite at each to ship back to US and they were so kind to arrange for the shipping company to send them together so I saved quite a lot of $$ by combining them. The Prosecco is not that expensive, it's the shipping cost, but I would encourage you to buy & ship!! I have shipped wine back from Australia and Cava back from Spain! And it is so fun to share with friends! Especially when I had the Cava from the actual Cava region! (I have completed my trifecta of sparking wines, Cava in Cava, Champagne in Champagne and now Prosecco in Prosecco! Didn't ship Champagne, cost of those bottles plus the one I loved, I could get in US anywhere.) Anyhoo my friends and my one neighbor are really looking forward to Prosecco now! Makes sitting around sipping on bubbly a special event! The drive through the Italian countryside was fantastic too! So gorgeous! Francesca had maps for everyone and told us a lot about the Prosecco region. Very easy to get to meetup spot from Santa Lucia train station, be sure to read the added instructions on where exactly to meet Francesca (very easy too). Was so also really nice that it was limited to 8 people (seats in vehicle). I have taken many wine tours in many countries and this was probably my favorite, doesn't hurt that Prosecco is my favorite too!
