Prosecco Hills - Beautiful day out well worth it. Delicious wines, tasty food. Stunning views and lovely people definitely a thumbs up

We had a wonderful day in... - We had a wonderful day in the Prosecco hills outside of Venice at two wineries. Lunch in-between was fabulous. We learned about prosecco and the biodiversity of the area. A fabulous tour, highly recommend.

All the BEST in the Prosseco Hills! - This was one of the best tours I’ve ever experienced. Our guide Giulia was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable and full of information about the region, delicious wine and she took us to her family owned restaurant which was absolutely delicious. The best Tiramisu EVER! Which made it even more special was that my friend and were the only two people on the tour that day! We enjoyed Cal Monda Winery the most.

Superb winery tour including a great lunch. - This was a top notch tour. I loved each of the wineries and owners. The small group was a plus as well. The lunch at our hosts family restaurant was superb. If you are looking to experience something outside of Venice this tour was fantastic.

Perfect Day. - Absolutely incredible experience - this was our favorite part of our trip to Venice and we're already talking about getting back to the region to explore even more vineyards.

Worth the travel glitch. - We had a hiccup with the train. I will go into more detail later. If you haven’t mastered Italian trains, maybe pick a different operator. It’s on you to get to conegliano. Although the cost of the train in included in the purchase price. I don’t know if this tour always goes to the same stops for tasting, but Nani Rizzi is a great place to try Prosecco. It is a lovely tasting room. And a nice patio if you prefer. We tasted 4 different proseccos. All were really nice and well priced. Next we went to lunch at the tour guides mother in laws restaurant. It was packed but we had a Big table in a separate room. The food was so good! And wine to go with the meal. Plus optional grappa at the end. Best grappa I have ever had. As well as amazing food! After lunch we went to a very small location. Mon Ban. Very small batch with a single operator. We enjoyed the property a little and then went in to taste. There were another 4 proseccos offered. They were all good but I preferred Nani Rizzi. We were taken back to the train station for our return to Venice. While it was offered to mix and match Prosecco from the 2 locations to have it shipped home, it had been 4 days and not a word from Carlo the tour guide. I contact Nani myself and my order shipped the next day. The one thing that made me hesitate to book this particular activity, was that it’s on you to get to the Conegliano train station. The cost of the tickets are included in the tour price. But out of 4 couples, only 1 got on the right train. We got to the platform nice and early only to see our train number pulling away 2 tracks over. The tour guide helped us (3 couples had the same issue) pick another train that we had to pay for. We missed the brief castle tour because 1 couple who arrived at the last minute at the train station saw the correct platform. There had been a change in platform 5 minutes before departure. None of us speak Italian so we didn’t hear the announcement I would still choose this tour if it includes Nani Rizzi. I can’t say enough good things about their products.

Don’t miss this opportunity! - What a fabulous All Things Prosecco day we had with our guide Carlo and new friends! Carlo was everything you would want in a local guide who remains excited about the places he grew up in and which attract people from all over the world. He was well-organised, careful, funny, easy to listen to and very very knowledgable about the central Prosecco region and wine processes . The wineries we visited were fantastic, our 4 course lunch was amazing and the countryside was just beautiful. We loved it and would do it a second time if we had the chance as it was just the best day ! Thank you Carlo!!

Book now- don't wait. - A wonderful day in Prosecco. Everything was arranged, from the train ticket to the caffe, transportation, wineries, lunch and the whole experience. My wife and I went with another couple and we met some wonderful other folks as well. Excellent scenery, wine, food, history and experience. Carlo treated us like family, including taking us to a wonderful lunch at his family's Trattoria. Don't wait to book- do it now. There isn't a better tour in the region and is completely worth the whole day in Italy.

A must for Prosecco lovers!!! - If you love Prosecco this is a must !!! Guilia was the perfect tour guide! Educational and fun - and a great way to spend a day. The food at their family Osteria was fabulous. If you are on the fence i say do it! well worth the money. know that if coming from Venice it is an hour train ride to Conegliano - but tickets are included and they are great about giving you all the details!
