The journey began in the 1900s with their great-grandfather, a wedding chef whose passion for cooking was lovingly passed down to their grandmother, then to their father and brother, who now jointly manage a restaurant in the Prosecco Hills, and naturally, to them as well. Additionally, they will explore the intricacies of Prosecco wine production at a local family-owned winery.
As a small, local, and highly qualified tour operator with over a decade of experience in the travel industry, they are based in the UNESCO Prosecco Hills and possess an intimate knowledge of every corner of the Veneto Region.
