  Venissa offers a unique local experience with an EXCEPTIONAL native wine grown in Mazzorbo. Guests will be welcomed by the Estate’s Wine Manager or Director, who will share the island’s history and the intricate process of winemaking in the Venetian lagoon. Enjoy a wine tasting session in a garden or private room (advance request recommended) and possibly stop for a quick lunch.

• Burano - On the renowned island of Burano, famous for its lace and vibrant houses, take a stroll and see the island through a Venetian’s perspective. Each store provides an exclusive guide to explain the history of its products! From mask workshops to lace, taste the island’s famous dessert! Visit the leaning bell tower, admire the exquisite linen fabric, and explore the island’s colorful houses and daily life. If desired, savor the Venetian cicheto. Lunch will be at the Black Cat or in the square.
