- Auronzo di Cadore - The first stage of our day, after having passed through enchanting mountain villages for almost 2 hours, we will make a short stop of about 30 minutes to admire and take a short walk along the coast of the crystal clear waters of Lake Auronzo, which also thanks to the chain Marmarole mountain range, welcome us to the Dolomites….

One of the most interesting aspects of Lake Auronzo is its geological history. The lake was formed by a glacier that carved a deep basin in the valley during the last ice age, leaving behind a breathtaking landscape that continues to attract visitors from all over the world. Lake Auronzo is the largest lake in Cadore, with a surface area of about 1.7 sq km.

Wonderful! Amazing! Majestic! Memorable! Fascinating! - We did the private tour of Dolomites, lakes and quaint areas. It was just myself, husband and our driver. We traveled in a comfortable Mercedes van in which he had snacks and drinks loaded. Very thoughtful and kind. (We had brought a few of our own not knowing and thought this was a pleasant surprise.)
This was a highlight of our 17 day trip to Italy! We were picked up first thing in the morning. Spent the day driving from lake to beautiful lake. We saw mountain peaks so majestic it took our breath away. The small quaint towns, lunch with a lake view, small walks around lakes, learning the historic importance of the area and lakes from WWI….. all of it was wonderful and so fascinating. We had audio and a small booklet of information of each place as we traveled so that was very helpful and appreciated.
My husband and I travelled late in September.
The weather was just right! It was cool with some breaks of sun and some clouds with small drizzle here and there. (The van also had umbrellas if we needed them. Again, so thoughtful.)
I honestly and whole heartedly would recommend anyone I know to do this tour.
It was so grand, so majestic and stunning to see and experience. This is an experience that will not be forgotten! Our driver was so kind and we enjoyed our talks and learning about him as well. Very engaging.
All in all- a wonderful and most memorable day!

Dolomites tour - Vera was wonderful to work with!! She kept in constant contact with us before, during and after our trip! Daniel, our driver and tour guide was exceptional as well, and kept us informed for the whole duration of our trip to the Dolomites🎉. Definitely 5 stars in all aspects🌟

Unforgettable Experience - Amazing well organized tour with Daniel and Vera! Daniel was a fantastic driver and drove smoothly and efficiently. He was personable and well versed in English, peppering in details in addition to the audio guide. The private tour was very flexible although it was well organized so we didn’t feel any need to deflect from it. Vera was informative and patient as she coordinated with us prior to the tour. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable Experience! - Unforgettable experience in the Dolomites!! Daniel, our driver, was fantastic. He was very considerate of my motion sickness and drove incredibly smoothly and efficiently. He let us explore to our heart’s content and adjusted the itinerary accordingly to our needs. He added extra details to the audio guide and was quite personable. Vera, the tour operator/coordinator, was patient and informative in helping me decide what tour option to choose (we skipped Cortina because of road conditions). One note: verify the tour itinerary in advance as the actual time spent at each spot isn’t clear from the description on Viator (ex. only 30mins at Cortina not 1hr or 4hrs). Overall, loved this tour - the highlight of our trip!!! Wish it was a multi-day tour.

We had a wonderful tour... - We had a wonderful tour to the Dolomites and appreciated our driver Max taking us to each lake and viewpoints. We had lunch at restaurant with a view as well. I would recommend this private tour if considering a trip here! They made sure to let us know that the itinerary could be customized and flexible based on what you wanted to do which we appreciated.

If you are looking for a customised itinerary, here is the right place. - It was a wonderful experience, from the beginning till the end. There were 13 of us from Malaysia and the tour organiser helped us to customise an itinerary that was exciting and adventurous. Activities were comprehensive and very well organised. We were being greeted by the agent at Venice and transfered to the Dolomites without any hiccups. At the Dolomites, we had an experienced guide who followed us in our daily hikes. Even though there was different fitness level within our group of people, but there were no issues at all, thanks to our organiser who customised a well-thought itinerary. The accommodation arranged were clean and comfortable, especially at Ortisei. The visit to Lake Garda was also a wonderful surprise. The experience at Lake Garda was different from the mountains, but nevertheless as enjoyable.
I highly recommend this organiser if you are planning to go to the Dolomites. What impressed me was also their after sales service. The agent has been really helpful in my last 2 days at Venice where I extended my personal visit. 2 thumbs up!

Dolomites rocks - This was our first time travelling together and it was our first time hiring a local tour guide. It was super efficient especially with the accommodations provided. Fantastic beautiful rooms and services at three of the places we stayed . The local guides were helpful with some of us especially trekking or hiking in the rocky mountains. They were so helpful with their guides and steps taken to ensure safety and fun at the same time. Brava to them

This was one unforgettable tour! - Max and Vera were perfect! Vera facilitates the whole trip from afar and she makes sure you will have everything you need. Especially making sure that my husband and I would both have options for lunch in the area with our dietary restrictions. Vera checked on us before, during, and after to make sure we were happy. Max picked us up and dropped us off exactly in time. He is an excellent and safe driver and he knows where all the nice bathrooms are ;). He made sure to get us to all the stops, which was challenging due to road work and a recent landslide. Max knows the roads well and took good care of us. Also to note, we were able to plug in and charge both of our phones in the van. I brought a USB and a USB-C charger and the van could accommodate both. Great trip, worth the money, and I would definitely book a tour with these folks again! Thanks Vera and Max for helping to create forever memories!
