Loved our tour! - Murano is lovely. The glass blowing demonstration is amazing! Burano is beautiful! Beautiful colors and the streets are not crowded. The food experience was delightful....like Italian sushi. Our guide explained many sights along the route. We were a bit delayed departing because of a rowing race. However we got to see the racers and some of the traditional boats as a result. An exceptional reason for a delay. Our best experience visiting Venice.

Nice and simple 4.5 hour tour - Nice, simple, practical, punctual, accessible. We had the afternoon off and it was an excellent choice to get away from the most typical Venice. The price very affordable compared to the price of the Vaporetto, we only stayed one day in Venice and did not buy the card. Comfortable boat protected from inclement weather (we had a rainy day) Maybe the sound system wasn't the best.

Colourful and Cultural Venice Day Trip to Murano, Burano and Torcello - This was a wonderful day trip experience of Murano, Burano and Torcello. The trip started around 1230 and finished around 1700. You spend about 45 minutes at each location. Overall it's a really good package as you are navigated to each location before return to base with an audio guide host who narrates in 3 languages, English Italian and Spanish. Identification of the various monasteries, island areas and key information was invaluable. Murano is the first stop where you will be in awe of a live glass making demonstration. The master glass making artist will leave you stunned by creating a beautiful masterpiece in front of you within 10 minutes. This is followed by a visit to the beautiful shop of colourful glass collectables, trinkets and jewellery. The precious gifts are irresistable and one of a kind. Try and capture a momento of this authentic work of brilliance. The next stop was Torcello where you can visit the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta. There are also 2 small museums that require an admission fee. Unfortunately we ran out of time but if you can spend longer on the island this is a good opportunity. There are some nice cafe/bar/restaurants if you need refreshments. Burano was the final stop. Basically a town of very colourful buildings. Very pretty and a very good opportunity to take a lot of pictures. Another Venetian tradition is lace making and Burano is where you can buy some imitations. Much of this is done by machine now but you can learn about the history in the lace making museum. For this trip there was no time to do this. If you are visiting Venice for the first time you can get caught up in the city and the tourist hot spots. I think this Murano, Burano, Torcello visit should be a top priority of your visit to appreciate the region in more detail.

Headsets they gave us are live speaking guides. Not pre-recoded. Loved this tour!!! - Our tour guide was excellent and made the boat rides very enjoyable! Glass blowing demonstration was very interesting and a perfect amount of time. The Murano glass was really beautiful! Next to Burano which is even prettier in person!! Perfect day to wander the ins and outs of narrow streets with colorful buildings. A much needed quaint and relaxing day. The tour was very organized and I especially liked that there were different guides on our tour speaking is several languages into the headsets they gave us to use. We didn’t have to wait to hear them speak first in French, then in Spanish, then in English. They asked who speaks English and gave us a headset for a guide speaking live in English. It wasn’t pre-recorded which was amazing!!! I highly recommend this tour!!! It was fun for my family of five with 20 year olds.

A lot of shops and little... - A lot of shops and little free time. The guide was fine, nothing more. The headphones were uncomfortable and the sound was poor.

Nice day experience - It is a fun, full-day experience. It was informative, but the headset quality was poor and it was hard to hear the guide.

Enjoyed :) - Only downside was lots of groups on one boat so it's difficult to hear your own guide sometimes with so many talking but she was lovely. Really enjoyed both stops and well worth doing, I'd recommend
