Book this adventure if you enjoy art! - We thoroughly enjoyed our private Murano tour. The boat ride over was smooth, we were met by Andre who showed us the behind the scenes process with the glass master. We toured the shop and selected some beautiful pieces to be shipped back home. Our guide, Camilla, was exceptional. She shared great info about the art, history, culture and pride of the Venetian people.

Marta is a perfect tour guide - Easy, relaxing way of exploring two wonderful islands while in Venice. Marta was personable, knowledgeable, and easy going. She was able to steer us away from the loud touristy parts and to enjoy the quieter parts of the islands.

A lovely afternoon - we had a private tour our tour guide was absolutely fantastic. She couldn’t have been nicer. Only disappointment was the actual demonstration in the glass factory was very short. The rest of the time is looking at the glass produces . We had a lovely boat ride to the island and plenty of time to look round

The worst "tour" we've ever had! Only 15 minutes (not 3 hours), and they ditched us! - This tour advertised it would be for three hours, with a personal tour guide, a demonstration of the glass blowing, and a 1.5 hour guided tour of the island. Here’s what we received: a glass-blowing demonstration for 15 minutes. That's it!! The details: one tour guide walked us to our boat. Then another person took us to the island (and never exchanged any words with us), where a third person met us. That person gave us a 10-15 minute tour/demonstration of the glass blowing, and that was literally the entire “tour” that we had. Afterwards, he led us to the shop, where we walked around for about 20 minutes before he took us back to the boat dock. He left us there to wait by ourselves for 20 minutes, and we had to figure out which boat to take back. We finally found another family who was going to San Marco, so we joined them in their boat. This whole experience was 1.5 hours. Obviously, this was NOT at all like the 3-hour tour with a personal guide, which they'd advertised. The only "tour" we had was about 10-15 minutes. And we couldn't believe that they'd just leave us at the dock to fend for ourelves. When I emailed the office to provide this feedback, they never replied. Do NOT waste your money!!
