Good for Couples or for Groups - Both the tour operator and the glass gallery were professional and flexible. We did the VIP tour and the tour moved at our pace. We moved quickly through the production area but did not feel rushed, only spending 20 to 30 minutes there. The gallery itself took more time. It has several large collections to give an idea of everything that can be produced here. Of the museum and galleries we visited on the island, it was by far the most interesting. The tour is oriented around purchasing items at the shop which are priced reasonably for their quality but still much more expensive than the mass produced glass sold at most other stores.

Thanks Alexandre - We absolutely loved this Murano glassblowing tour. The factory was beautiful, and the live demonstration was truly impressive. Watching the master at work was unforgettable. Everything was very well organized and smooth from start to finish. Alexandre was incredibly helpful and gave us amazing tips for the rest of our stay in Venice. Highly recommended experience!

Perfectly fine - Perfectly fine and as described. I do wonder if it’s just better to get a water taxi/bus over and exploring yourself. On return they dropped us off at the other side of Venice. Which was fine for us but maybe an issue if you’re planning on meeting others.

Good visit but not sure if entirely worth the money - We were 2 people and overall had a pleasant experience. The highlight of the tour was the guide, Sylvia, — she was friendly, welcoming, spoke excellent English, and was genuinely eager to explain the glass-making techniques and answer all of our questions. Seeing the production process firsthand, even though it was relatively brief (around 15 minutes), was interesting and informative. After the demonstration, we were taken into a large showroom which was clearly intended for sales. The glass pieces on display were absolutely stunning and beautiful to look at, though they were definitely on the pricier side. That said, the staff were not overly pushy about making a purchase, which I appreciated. My main disappointment was with the return transport. The tour description stated that the boat taxi would drop us back at the original starting point, but this wasn’t the case. The taxi appeared to be a randomly arranged service rather than a dedicated tour transfer, which was a bit inconvenient and misleading. Overall, a good visit thanks to the guide and the insight into glassmaking, but the transport arrangements could be clearer and better organised and I am not convinced that this tour was value for money

Interesting Tour but.... - The meeting point was easy to find and we left in a nice water taxi on time - we were with one other couple as we wanted to do the trip in a small group. We were greeted at the dock by a very nice multi-lingual Lady. the Factory visit started off fine and we were only a feet metres from the actual glass-blowing.... but then a large group of visitors came in and swamped the place, and, their guide was very loud and drowned out anything our guide could say. The factory visit lasted only 20 mins at most. then we were shown into the show rooms.... as we were not buying: our guide soon left us... it took longer to walk the show rooms - which had many many fabulous glass works of art.... at the end of the 15 show rooms walk we went outside for some air.... eventually someone from the show rooms asked us to follow them to the dock to leave. After a short wait a water taxi came and there were 7 of us on it... it was okay until the water taxi pulled in at the first Venice stop F.te Nove and told us to get out - when we asked about going to San Marco ( where we left from) the taxi driver told us to walk! It was disappointing to be treated this way and far from the experience we were expecting. So while the glass works is interesting and the showrooms are spectacular.... unless you are buying, don't expect much customer service
