Lovely visit to Venice - We had a great time once we figured out the Turbo pass is connected to Venice tourism- the gondola ride and trip to Murano, Burano was excellent. Only issue we had was we had to pay double for the airport transfer as they did not recognise it on our pass. The rest was brilliant.

Great island trip - My husband and I had a great trip to Murano and Burano. Our guide David was informative and very interesting from before we departed Venice up to when we arrived back to Venice 5 hours later ! His knowledge was incredible and really made the trip! The trip in itself was good also, could have stayed longer but only booked a 5 hour trip. Both islands are well worth the visit! Thank you David. I liked that it was a pink boat as it made it idiot proof to k is what boat to get onto! The trip was great value for money and either island were not over priced.

Wonderful. - Highly recommended, the excursion is wonderful and Murano is surprising how glass work and Burano is a charming island, corners that conquer you. To this must be added a wonderful guide such as Eleonora, explains everything phenomenal and always smiling. I'd repeat.

Ahh, David, the star of the show! - Nice half day guided excursion to Murano and then Burano. Lasted from 10:30 till 4. Boat had maybe 250 people on it. The visit to a glass factory was short and sweet, watching a short 15 min demo, narrated in 4 languages, before visiting their expensive shop en mass. Had maybe another half hour to look round a few other shops before needing to be back on the boat. You don't really get time to look round anywhere else. In Burano, we had more like 2:30 hours. Plenty of time to properly look around all the shops, pretty canals and all the colourful houses. Lots of lace shops, as well as those selling cheaper smaller glass trinkets. Plenty of places to eat or get a drink and ice cream. The itinerary included a trip to a lace shop and a lovely local biscuit (bussola) shop too. But to be honest, you don't need the guided to show you round these. And speaking of guides.... Our english speaking guide was David. He absolutely brought the trip to life from start to finish. English but with Venetion mother, he knew his stuff. With countless stories covering the history of ancient Venice through to present day, full of anecdotes and endless and effortless humour. As much a gentleman as a racontour, he was perhaps the highlight of the whole trip. Despite the short time in Murona, worth the money.

Well worth the trip - David was a fantastic tour guide with lots of stories and information about Venice as well as Murano and Burano. We loved the boat trip and the glass blowing demonstration at Murano, and Burano was a beautiful place to wander, take lots of photos and buy delicious food and lovely souvenirs. Worth having a guide to get the best information so you don’t miss anything.
