• Prosecco Hills - World Heritage Site - Travel through the Prosecco region, witnessing the vast vineyards from the highway.
• Diga del Vajont - Visit the Vajont dam, where in 1963, a landslide from one of the mountains caused a tsunami that devastated the village of Longarone, claiming nearly 2,000 lives.
• Casa Natale di Tiziano Vecellio - Stop by the birthplace of the painter Tiziano Vecellio (1490-1576).
• Lago di Auronzo - Admire the vibrant green of the large lake in the village of Auronzo, with views of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
• Lago di Misurina - Experience one of the most stunning and expansive lakes in the Dolomites, surrounded by mountains Sorapiss, Cristallo, Monte Piana, and Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Look for the mountain’s reflection in the water. The driver will share the legend of King Sorapiss and his spoiled daughter Misurina.

• Lago d’Antorno - A small lake on the way to the Tre Cime, ideal for capturing a great photo.
• Tre Cime di Lavaredo - Visit Rifugio Auronzo at the base of the Dolomites’ most famous mountains and enjoy views of the Auronzo valley and lake, as well as the unique limestone and memories of WW1 battles between Italians and Austrians.

• La Stube - Malga Rin Bianco - An optional stop for lunch at a traditional farm at the base of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo.
• Lago Di Landro - This is not a typical tour stop! Enjoy a different perspective of the Tre Cime and the nearby Lake Landro, offering another excellent viewpoint of the Cristallo mountain and Croda Rossa.
• Lago di Dobbiaco - Stop at Lake Dobbiaco, less frequented but equally charming, with spectacular water colors.
• Lago di Braies - Visit one of the Dolomites’ most famous and beautiful lakes, with time for a short walk or a rowboat ride. Enjoy Christmas markets in December.
• Touristic Info Point - Free time in the center of Cortina.

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of the lakes in the Dolomites, starting and ending in Venice. A professional English-speaking driver, native to the Dolomites, will meet you at Piazzale Roma. You’ll get a quick view of the Prosecco region (from the highway), see the Longarone dam, and stop by Pieve di Cadore, the birthplace of painter Tiziano Vecellio. Travel to Lake Auronzo and Lake Misurina, then head up to 3 Cime di Lavaredo (accessible approximately from late May to October). Continue to Lake Landro, Lake Dobbiaco, and finally the stunning Lake Braies for a short walk or a rowboat ride (boats available only in summer). Lunch options include a local farm or a lakeside restaurant. Make a brief stop in the city center of Cortina d’Ampezzo before returning to Venice through the Cadore Valley. You’ll have opportunities to take photos and receive information about the mountains, history, and traditions, along with a map of the itinerary.
