A great little intro to Venice history - This VR experience is a great little intro to some of the history of Venice and Piazza San Marco. Those who are used to gaming in VR, don't expect to move around in animations, as this isn't that, it's a great, informative few minutes that suits all, even if VR makes you a bit queasy.

Surprisingly well organized and well worth the money spent. - Doges Palace was quite the treat. But only after having read much about Venice history. I think that it should be a prerequisite to understand the Venetian history before you go. My wife absolutely loved the gondola ride.

Was awesome experience - See all marvelous painting at the all palace 👍and enjoy the night life at San Marcos plazza also the ferry to the airport

Great tour! - This was great for a self guided tour! Plenty of signs with info to read. The only downside was that there were no signs on the prison side telling what famous persons were in what cells and their stories. The gondola ride was also phenomenal!!

Short and sweet - This experience was short and sweet. I really enjoyed the 3D trip back in time and feeling like I was in the middle of it, but it only took about 10-15 minutes. Remember to ask for your 3D wooden gondola as a keepsake.

Not great. - We didn't really like it, really short and bof ... We didn't really like it, really short and bof .........

Poor set up for activity - The activity itself was great and the organisation and helpfulness of the company was good. However the news stand where we had to collect our tickets and guide book was appauling. We had gone to the right place, there were two attendants, and they sent us to two different places to collect our tickets. It was only when the tour guide for the gondola went over and spoke to them that they handed over our tickets , in an envelope with my name on it. The CEO of the company then had to walk around from the office to give me the book. It made the whole group late for the gondola activity.

Manageable performance for incorrectly announced duration - The story is beautiful, Medieval Venice is well illustrated and suggested, albeit very superficial. The duration was advertised by Tripadvisor as 30 minutes. In fact, the film lasts a maximum of 10 minutes. At first no one cared about us, then a pair of VR glasses was badly adjusted or there was no time to adjust them. Because that's when the movie was on. The end came suddenly and we did not realize that the fun was over after 10 minutes. No goodbye, no demand. Despite the beautiful and expandable film not a round thing. Shouldn't have expected too much for €9 in Venice.

Disappointing - We hire guide and experience in Spanish, and when we get there they tell us that they do not know how the hiring in Spanish was possible because they only have Italian or English, we teach the reservation and hallucinate. The only thing we liked was the few minutes of the 3D glasses, a 30 minute experience was hired and the time that lasted for the glasses did not even reach 10 minutes. Then he said they gave you a wooden gondola, and when he asked the girls, they didn't even know what they were talking about. And the guide in Spanish throughout the tour, shone by his absence, there nobody explained anything. Very disappointed. It's not what you buy for anything. I don't recommend it.
