Please reach out to us and provide all necessary details for the transfer service: the pick-up time and location, as well as your destination address in Venice. Kindly note that vehicles are not allowed in the historical center, so the van will stop at Piazzale Roma, and you will need to continue on foot from there.

Additionally, please provide information on the number of passengers, whether there are children and their ages, and details about your luggage (number of bags, size). If you are traveling with pets, they must be in a closed carrier for transport.

Please be punctual and contact us if you encounter any issues reaching the pick-up point on time. The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes, after which the service will be considered complete, and the driver will depart.
