• South Venice Beach Ferry - While Venice, Italy is famous for its canals, Venice, Florida offers its own unique waterway experiences! Join our two-hour kayak tours to navigate through tropical waterways, providing an opportunity to closely observe Florida’s diverse vegetation and wildlife. Participants will learn about the natural environment and the history of Southwest Florida, all while enjoying a delightful water adventure!

The journey begins at the South Venice Beach Kayak Launch, where a safety briefing, kayaking instructions, and route overview will be provided. Following a brief walk to the water, the adventure commences! The paddle takes you through the canals of South Venice and along Alligator Creek, offering a chance to explore Florida’s flora and fauna while engaging in a fantastic workout! After approximately 40 minutes in the canals, the tour crosses the intercoastal waterway to reach the East side of Manasota Key. Here, participants will dock the kayaks and explore South Venice’s private beach, accessible only by boat. The beaches of South Venice and Englewood are renowned for their shell and shark tooth collections, so exciting discoveries await! After exploring the beach, participants will return to the kayaks and paddle back to the launch point.
