Hassle free transportation - Worth every dollar. No worries or complications. Our driver picked us up hassle-free. Met right outside baggage claim and drove us to our private ferry that took us right to stop for our hotel.

Trusted transportation option. - Great simple transportation. I had a really late night flight and did not want to deal with public transportation options which are great. But also wanted quiet after a long flight. The driver was awesome, there in time waiting right outside of arrivals, especially after 30 min flight delay. Vehicle was clean and he was an exceptionally safe driver. Thank you Giacomo.

Arriving in Venice!! - We were well taken care of and taken to our drop off for our walking excursion to our hotel! Our driver and our water taxi guide were so kind and helpful!!

High quality transport - Venice - Professional service, very smartly dressed drivers, immaculate vehicles. All to the highest standard. I was organising a large group - 22 people we had three vehicles all supplied by Luxer. Everything was co-ordinated perfectly. Strongly recommended.

Extremely unclear where... - Extremely unclear where to meet. The company needs to address. This is almost every tour was a question as to where to meet the guide.

Poor experience - Poor experience. Driver late poor communication with us and we had no information at airport to advise he was late I am very disappointed. Dropped off with no support as to what direction we had to go next when asked for advice.

False advertising - Please beware that this transfer is false advertising. The description states that they will save you the hassle of traveling through the cobble stone streets of Venice with your luggage and take it to your hotel. This is why I booked this transfer specifically for that reason. When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting with a sign as promised, but the man was older and he could not even help us with our luggage into the van, I had to do it myself! After that he took us to the water taxi where I had to unload the luggage from his van and drag them down to the boat. Once at the boat there was two younger men who put the luggage on the boat for us and only one of them stayed on the boat to take is to our hotel. After a short boat ride we were dropped off on the side of a street. The boat driver handed us our luggage and that was it. I asked him where our hotel was and how to get there, he said around that corner and left us just standing there feeling totally lost. The hotel was not just around the corner but a few blocks away with several steps up and down to travel through. It was a horrible experience and not at all what was promised. I tried to make a complaint with Viator directly several times and I they would not help me. Please make sure if this has happened before to you to please post about it.

Terrible service…arrived late and left us on the dock to board luggage into water taxi - Driver arrived late. We met him on the curb. He did not assist much at all with luggage. This is not the type of service we paid for. It is not the type of service we are accustomed to. Bo assistance getting luggage in the water taxi. In fact, the driver left before our taxi even arrived dockside. Very disappointed that our arrival in Venice was not at all as planned. Please contact me about a refund.
