Our interpreter guides will provide you with the necessary equipment for exploring the underground world and will explain how the caves were formed, the fauna and flora in the forest and you will be able to appreciate petroglyphs of our Taino culture.
- Vega Baja - Lunch: We will enjoy a delicious Creole meal at a local restaurant.
- Playa La Cueva Las Golondrinas - You will take a 10-minute walk along a path in the coastal forest, where we will tell you about the importance of mangroves. Afterwards, you can cool off in the waters of a beautiful beach.
- San Juan - Transfer back to the meeting point.

Our certified biologists or interpreter guides will offer you a great educational adventure. At the established time our transporter will pick you up at the meeting point in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. About an hour will pass by and you will arrive at the area where our guides will receive you, provide you with the necessary protective…
Our certified biologists or interpreter guides will offer you a great educational adventure. At the established time our transporter will pick you up at the meeting point in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. About an hour will pass by and you will arrive at the area where our guides will receive you, provide you with the necessary protective equipment for cave exploration (helmet, lamps and life jackets) and explain the tour agenda and safety rules. You will walk for 15 minutes and arrive at Las Cuevas de Arenales where you will swim in a small canyon formed by the passage of water. We will continue our tour and you will be able to take an adrenaline-filled jump into the water to enter the underground world of the Charco Azul Caves. There you will see a waterfall and the formations created by minerals and water through the limestone rock where the caves are formed. We will return to the car to go to lunch and arrive at a paradisiacal beach where you can cool off. Return to the meeting point.

Gorgeous nature adventure - This was an amazing tour! Rafa, our tour guide, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and you can see how much he loves what he does. We swam through the caves and the canyon, climbed some rocks, and learned about the endemic species of plants and animals. Rafa took pictures of everything to share with us later. We had a great time and will definitely do more tours with NaturHabitate in the future.

Great experience, would recommend! - Went with a group of 5 and we ended up on a tour with just us! The caves were so great to explore and our guide Enrique was amazing. One of us was a bit nervous with the jumps and he helped her through it. There's a part of the caves with bats which was also cool to explore. I've never done an experience like this before and I'd definitely do it again with this company!

Unforgettable Experience - We had an incredible tour through the caves and canyons. Our guides, Rafa and Albert, were extremely knowledgeable and made us feel safe and confident the entire time. Albert was especially attentive and always available to answer questions, and both guides were very friendly, positive, and encouraging throughout the experience.
The trip was truly unforgettable. The views were absolutely stunning. The explanations were clear and informative, and we had plenty of time to enjoy each spot without feeling rushed.
The only downside is that you can’t take personal photos unless you bring a waterproof phone or camera. I highly recommend bringing one if you enjoy capturing high quality photos of the scenery. Also, be prepared to be physically active and comfortable with dark spaces and cold water. Overall, an amazing experience that I would absolutely recommend!

Cave Adventures - This was such a fun trip! I was recommended by a local friend and can say I felt safe at the same time for to explore deep into caves, jumped off cliffs, and saw so much fun natural wildlife!
I'll definitely be coming back and choosing another adventure in the future!

10/10 - My partner and I took this tour at the beginning of October. It truly was one of the more enjoyable and unique experiences I’ve ever had. Joseph was an incredible guide. He educated us on the local flora and fauna, as well as the history of the island. If you are looking for a more mindful way to explore Puerto Rico, this is the tour to take. We will be using this company next time we get to visit!

Best trip by the best tour guide!! - Albert was the best! He was able to pick us up directly to our hotel, which was amazing. He was clear, organized, and had great communication with us right from booking.
He was SO knowledgeable about everything, from plants to animals to Puerto Rican history.
The caves were incredible! We jumped off a cliff to get to the cave, which made it more of an adventure. Swimming through a cave is something that everyone should check off their bucket list.
We then went out to a local restaurant for delicious chicken and beef stew with rice. Albert took us to a beach afterwards that was off the beaten trail and absolutely stunning.

Expectations exceeded! - We had a fantastic time with Albert! I chose this tour based off of the praises other reviewers posted. Would highly recommended! Such a kind and knowledgable guide. He was always looking and listening in the nature which really helped us be more attuned to the environment. Also an amazing delish lunch place! Take this tour, you won’t regret it!

Fun family trip - This place was very interesting. I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was very professional and also taught us a lot about the plants, animals and history of the area. There are a lot of rocks to jump off of if you choose to do so .

Best outdoor Puerto Rican experience - One of the best tours in Puerto Rico!
Albert with NaturHabitat Ecotours has years of experience and knowledge to offer throughout the entire tour.
We first stopped at Cuevas Arenas and Charco Azul where we were given all the safety gear which made us feel very prepared. On the walk to each of the caves, Albert would teach us about the different plants and animals we would see or hear. He would explain how to get over the rocks which I really appreciated as I was traveling with my parents and my mom has a bad knee, but she was able to do everything with Albert’s instructions. Swimming through the caves was amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Definitely a must see!
We stopped at a delicious local place for lunch then headed to the beach. The adventure continued at the beach as we climbed on the rocks and walked through a small forest to get to the Cueva de las Golondrinas. The waves crashing and the view was beautiful. It was a great way to end the trip.
100% recommend this tour especially with Albert.

Well worth it - This tour was amazing. The area we got to see with our tour guild was great. The Tour guild was very knowledgably about the area, the wildlife and the history of the area.
If you can afford to do this it is well worth the money and if I had to go to those areas I would do it the same way. I have nothing but good things to say about this.
