Baggage Pick-up at the Cruise Terminal:
- Follow the Map: When ready to collect your luggage, use the map provided during drop-off to find the storage area.
- Present Your Claim Ticket and ID: Show your Baggage Claim Ticket and a valid ID to the guest service agent at the Day Storage location.
- Pick-up Deadline: All bags must be collected by 3:30 PM. If not retrieved by 5:00 PM, they will be moved off-site and incur additional fees ($75 per bag) for transportation and extra storage time.

Perfect. - Baggage drop is outside the terminal building. A little hard to spot. But once we found the red umbrella, the luggage exchange and the hop on/off tram tickets obtained, it was straightforward. 2 hours for a full tour. Grant was amazing. So much knowledge and full of fun and laughs. As we were at the end of the season only 2 trams were operating. But it was clear how often they would be at each stop. Great guide, beautiful city, amazing weather. Perfect end to our holiday before heading to the airport. We would highly recommend the Canadian Trolley company and their bagged storage

Smooth experience and useful service - We used the storage for 6 hours and had no issues. The staff even gave us tips on nearby attractions to check out. They also offer a hop on hop off tour bus.

Very good experience for storing our bags - Our bags were stored securely while we spent the day exploring Stanley Park and Gastown on the hop on hop off trolley bus.
Quick service, friendly staff, and very reasonable prices.
Highly convenient for anyone visiting Vancouver before a cruise.

Run around finding the drop off on Sunday - The directions in the app sent me to the cruise terminal. There was no one at the trolley stop to pick up the luggage. We waited about 10 minutes and no one showed up so we asked information. Information sent us across the street from the cruise terminal about a block away. We got there and looked around but there was no one under the trolley stop umbrella again so we walked back a block to the cruise terminal again and found a couple of people helping passengers. They sent us back across the street around a block and there was a young man under the umbrella who helped us with our luggage. We spent around 45 minutes just looking for them. He had not been there before and explained that he had to go over to the main office and that’s why he wasnt there when we got there. He also explained that Sundays when cruise ships were coming in they could not be in the location right outside the cruise terminal. The app should explain that there is a different address on Sundays so customers don’t get the run around while they are hauling 150 lbs of luggage. The trolley stop attendant was great and did everything he said he was going to do after we finally found him. Only four stars because of our run around.

Times wrong - All information online has different time frames then what workers tell you for pickup and drop off.
Very hard to find people that work there also.
