-From May through September: The first tour starts at 9:00 am, the last pick-up of the day starts at 5:00 pm. The pick-up frequency is every 20 minutes.

-From October through April: The first tour starts around 9:00 am, the last pick-up of the day starts at 3:00 pm. The pick-up frequency is every 60 minutes.

Phenomenal and fun! - "G" was an awesome tour guide! The driver, "BJ" did an excellent. Both were quite hospitable. The tour itself was fun, interesting and informative. Me and my wife both felt this was a wonderful way to see the City of Vancouver based on our time available. I'd definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a four hour sightseeing on/off style tour.

Educational - Everything was interesting, tour guide was great had a lot of knowledge. Show us a lot of places down town. We had some free time to walk through shops and get something to eat.

Great City Tour Option - This turned out to be a pleasant surprise. When I booked it, I though it was going to be hop on hop off at your leisure. It was actually a full guided tour with plenty of stops at some of Vancouver's city highlights. Lots of fun, but be prepared to do some walking. Our guide G, was fantastic.

Quality experience - We mainly got this as an easy way to get around the city, however, it turned out to be a great tour and very comprehensive! Would recommend to anyone who wants a quality way to get around Vancouver.

No experience due to trip being cancelled and no notification given, only found out when we arrived at the starting poin - Received notification that payment taken but didn’t tell us that the Hop on off Trolley Tour was cancelled due to the Marathon being held over the weekend. Found it very difficult to get any information and eventually after 2 hours of finding any staff we were told it had been cancelled and did we want to do a 4 hour trip as opposed to our 48 hour trip for the same price!! As yet still waiting on our refund that we had to ask for. Not very satisfactory at all.
