Great service for groups. - Great service. Friendly, on time and went managed chronic Vancouver traffic to get us to th airport on time.

Comfortable SUV, poor driver. - We booked a round-trip private shuttle from YVR to Whistler and return from Whistler back to the city. The same vehicle was used on both legs. It was a 2026 electric Kia SUV which was comfortable and spacious. The driver for our pick up from the airport met us at the airport with our name and carried our luggage to a close by parking spot. He was polite, friendly, and quiet during the entire trip asking us if we needed to stop for anything along the way. He got us there in good time obeying the speed limit and felt very safe while he was driving. The return trip was far different. The driver seemed frazzled and disorganized from the minute he arrived. The vehicle smelled strongly like unpleasant food leftovers and there was a food bag on the front passenger seat and a piece of uneaten bread on the centre console. The smell was so offputting the entire trip, but to add to that was his driving, which was at times extremely fast and then other times tailgating the car in front of us, and at all times the steering felt jerky and spastic. Between the smell and the driving, one of us was extremely carsick with the other two definitely experiencing these same symptoms. He was on his phone while driving, trying to check the directions so we insisted that he pull over to figure out the route on his phone. Somehow we still ended up having to backtrack 20 minutes because he took the wrong route. The return trip ended up taking twice as long as the original trip and definitely felt like one of the longest drives of my life.
