Great experience - Crew was very informative and guided us through the whole process. Spent about 20 to 30 minutes in the cage and were able to see and take photos of sharks that came around the cage.

Amazing experience - First time cage diving and was honestly an amazing experience from start to finish. All the staff were welcoming and so accommodating. Greeted us with breakfast and coffee before taking us through the safety rules. On the boat, they provided us with thick wet suits, goggles and boots and a towel as well offering water and snacks throughout. We had 20 minutes in the water with the sharks and wow was it incredible. We saw so many and they kept on going up to the cage and head-butting it at some points... INCREDIBLE!! We also saw seals and a stingray and Sydney, the marine biologist, was telling us interesting facts about the wildlife as well taking videos of us on the boat. The staff tell you when there is a shark nearby and when to go under the water so you are guaranteed to see many sharks. After the boat, we were greeted again by the staff with towels and a lovely hot shower as well as more hot coffee and soup. I got engaged yesterday and they even gave us a bottle of wine! It's not just a business, they really do care about their customers and most importantly, the wildlife. They offer 5 star service as well as protecting the wildlife. Thank you so much!!

Depending on the season I have encountered Bronze Whaler Sharks, Sevengill Cow Sharks, Cape Fur Seals, dolphins, whales, African Penguins and an incredible variety of seabirds. Whether you choose to enter the shark cage or enjoy the experience from the boat, the experienced crew and marine biologists are there to share their knowledge and passion for South Africa's unique marine ecosystem. Amazing experience - Great experience with a super friendly staff. They do their best to make everyone see the sharks

If you like sharks, go with White Sharkes Project - The tour guides were extremely friendly and helpful. During the tour they made sure everbody was feeling well. The information were very clear and everything you could require was there. The meals were good. We saw many sharkes and the tour guides did everything so we could se as many as possible. Great tour!

Amazing experience - My son and I loved this trip, the guides were very informative, the breakfast and post dive food and shower great and we saw lots of Sharks. No Great Whites sadly due to climate breakdown and other human and non human factors.. .

Mixed feelings - I'm conflicted with this review.. It's the first time I do this kind of activity, so I can't compare with other companies and I'm not sure what's "normal" and what's not. However, I did get the feeling that profit was put on top of quality and client's comfort. The staff was nice and kind, but being on a tiny boat with other 20 people feels REALLY overwhelming because there's no space to move one inch. Trying to stuff in the boat as much people as possible also comes with other consequences: longer waiting times until everyone finishes, rushed explanations, not enough time (or espace) to get dressed, getting freezing cold while waiting for the next dive, getting sea sick because of the extended time on the boat... In general I enjoyed the activity, but I dream of the day that a tour company starts prioritizing quality and animal's welfare over money again.

There are no longer any great white sharks. - There were about 20 of us on a tiny boat, so changing and moving around it was already impossible. Added to this is the fact that the wait times with so many people are very long and everything has to be done very quickly to try to shorten them. Furthermore, the visibility conditions were not good; I understand that this, along with the cold, is not the company's responsibility, but the company is aware and did not warn us beforehand. Between the cold, the long wait of more than an hour, and the movement of the boat, several of us ended up vomiting. At no point did any member of the crew assist us or even show the slightest concern for our condition. They simply kept packing people in like sardines in a can in the cage. To finish, they do not warn that the great white shark is now almost impossible to see, and that is a point to keep in mind given that the name "White shark" and what they offer leads to a clear misunderstanding. In conclusion: they are clearly more interested in making money than in offering quality. A shame for such a unique activity.
