• Valparaiso - The history of Valparaiso dates back to 1536 with its discovery. This port city is one of the few in the world that has inspired so much creativity. It seems as if the sea itself founded the city, as it has no clear birth certificate. Visiting Valparaiso is a constant surprise due to its vibrant port life, unique architecture, and the layout of its streets. It is one of the most picturesque port towns in the world and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2003. This recognition is thanks to its charming and steep funiculars (cable cars) with slopes ranging from 30° to 50°, cobbled streets, colorful houses, century-old buildings, secret passages, endless stairs, unique museums, promenades with beautiful sea-port views, artistic murals everywhere, humble and friendly people, homes clinging to hillsides, gourmet and traditional restaurants, street markets for fruits and vegetables, fish markets, flea markets, book markets, summer carnivals, and more.

• Vina del Mar - The history of Viña del Mar begins at the start of the twentieth century when wealthy foreign and national merchants, who had businesses in Valparaiso, acquired land there. They left behind a rich and beautiful architectural heritage from an illustrious past. Viña del Mar is a modern city with natural attractions such as beaches, parks, and botanical gardens. Known as The Garden City, it offers warm summers, beautiful autumn sunsets, the fragrant blooms of spring, and the natural power of winter. Today, Viña del Mar boasts more than 4 km of beaches and a coastline lined with modern buildings, summer homes, and condominiums. The city also features a variety of restaurants offering both national and international cuisine, a casino, a municipal theater, 5-star hotels, an outdoor amphitheater that hosts the popular International Song Festival each February, historical museums, fine Lapis Lazuli stores, pubs, discos, and more.

• Vina del Mar - We will stop for lunch for about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the clients’ preferences. This option is entirely optional and can be adjusted according to clients’ needs.

• Casablanca - On the way to Santiago airport or hotel, we will drive through the Casablanca Valley, which offers beautiful agricultural landscapes.

• Curacavi - After passing through the Casablanca Valley on the way to Santiago, we will also drive through another picturesque valley with abundant crops and stunning views of mountains and large hills.

Valparaiso, a city rich in history and art, serves as an inspiration for various forms of creativity. Strolling along the promenades at different locations in Valparaíso offers breathtaking views of the ocean from elevated vantage points.

The city features intriguing pathways connecting streets on the hills and downtown. Guests can also visit the outdoor museum en route to or from the renowned “La Sebastiana” Museum, dedicated to Pablo Neruda, our Nobel Prize-winning author in Literature.

This is an invitation to discover Valparaíso and, like Neruda, fall in love with this “crazy port city.” For those interested in dining, there will be a stop at a restaurant of your choice.
