Fun! - Great experience, its good fun to travel with this vintage bus. It arrived in time, driver super friendly and helpful, though he issued a return ticket without asking if we wanted it. We did not realized it at the time of the purchase, but its 5 eur pp, so not a worry. Also, be mindful that there are several vintage bus trips on offer, and if you are not checking the specific operator you might get confused about the schedules, and exact location of the departure bust stop.

Pure nostalgia - 30 years ago these were the usual means of transport and it was a pleasure to be able to drive such a vintage car to Mdina today. Today it’s a red bus and not yellow anymore, but it doesn’t necessarily take change to not be left like it did then. If necessary, he would also have a credit card reader. In addition, it was very inexpensive - round trip for 5€ - and only a lot faster than then or with today's bus. These have many more stops which are served and that takes time. The chauffeur is very helpful, explains route/s and stops. Tomorrow Sunday we have therefore planned to visit the fish market again with this old bus.

Good experience all round - We were contacted the day before our booking to see where we would be boarding the bus and at what time. Picked up bang on time. Return from Mdina was much busier. Fun experience. The traffic is heavy and these buses clearly don't have modern suspension etc. Not a problem for us. A great alternative to public transport at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

Fun day out! - Fun day out in the vintage bus from Sliema to Mdina and back later in the day. These old buses certainly turn heads as you drive around the island!

Nice experience - Nice experience to travel on this Vintage bus. Bus punctual and driver smiling and welcoming. This allowed us to spend a beautiful day in Rabat and Medina.

Lovely - It was great to see Valletta using Maltese vintage. We booked in advance and were contacted by Mark, asking us the time and location (out of the ones listed). The driver marks off your name, and clearly explains where the pick up and time is. We got the 09:20 from Sliema ferries. We got off at Mdina/Rabat at 10am, and then got back on at 12:25. We got off at Valletta at 12:50 and got back on at 14:50. Arrive in time for your bus, but be prepared that he may run at little later due to heavy traffic. Good value for money.

A great nostalgic trip! - Great trip on old bus which reminded us of our first visit to Malta 27 years ago! . Mdina is beautiful and journey to and from scenic.

Fun experience, but you have to stick to the curves! - The trip is a fun experience. But it's hard to figure out departure times. At the stig-on stop there are other times. It was difficult to get in touch with the agent via mobile/sms. Read the message shortly before departure. The trip itself fine. That it was raining, it was unfortunate. The trip can be recommended. However, there should be more clear notice regarding departure times.

A scam - Very unhappy with the activity because I booked the vintage bus to go to Mdina and Rabat on Sunday, November 30 and the night before when I asked the meeting point and time, I am told that on Sundays it only goes to Marsaxlokk (exclusively), which does not specify in the reservation. In the end I lost the money and had to pay for a regular bus to go to Mdina and Rabat.
