Amazing! Loved it! - Angel was our tour guide and absolutely amazing! He was really fun, friendly and considerate of all in the group. Jaco was our group photography and also incredibly friendly and fun. The cenotes were beautiful and fun to jump / zipline. The tequila tasting was delicious and very informative. You can tell they love what they do. Great energy!

Great time. Longer than they say - Ignore the sales pitches. Everything was great except the amount of time. The tour is listed as 9.30-1.30. Actually 8-3

Extreme is not worth what it costs. - In summary, it is not worth what it costs ($70). If you pay in Mexican pesos, it is more expensive than paying in dollars. They charge $19 for the dollar when it is at 17. They charged me $25 for aqua shoes. And they are not required. It is only 4 hours in total, and a lot of time is lost in the tasting and selling of their tequila. The water is not clear like in the photos, and in the tour of the three cenotes and one zip line, the zip line is for kids. Maybe it is "part of the charm," but the road to the cenotes is unpaved. They should invest in it. And the basic food package consists of two thin tacos. The guide David was very good, the photographer and the show were also great. Only 10% of the population, and that was on a Sunday, was from Mexico.

Nice cenotes but the main hub was too much - We came as a couple for the 3 cenote day. We booked via Viator. We had been to cenotes the year before and really enjoyed them so decided to visit more this year. The transport was on time and friendly. One at the location we realised that this wasn't anything like the ones we went to last year. This felt like and overload to the senses at 9am loads blaring dance music, upsetting at every step. Once in the group the guides were lovely and the photographers throughout the day. Shout out to Daniel! He was lovely and his friend. And also to the tequila tasting guy you were so funny we loved trying all the tequila! The cenotes were lovely and refreshing and the ATV ride between them was fun. We felt like the main hub was just too much and full on. Once away from it we felt happier. Past cenotes we have visited were more about the culture and history with blessing ceremonies before going for a swim. With locals cooking the food there and selling handmade crafts. This place felt very commercialised and forced to up sell.

Somewhat disappointed - The cenotes themselves were beautiful and the location is genuinely impressive. Our guide, Angel, was excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and a real asset to the experience. Our photographer, Jaco, also did a great job capturing some lovely moments throughout the day. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly undermined by a misleading and highly pressurised upsell at the start of the tour. We had already purchased our tickets in advance through a representative and were satisfied with the price agreed. We paid $75 USD per person. However, upon arrival, we were taken aside and told that we had not selected the “all-inclusive” package. This was presented in a forceful manner, with the clear implication that it was necessary to fully enjoy the day. As a result, we felt pressured into paying an additional $39 USD per person. In reality, this package did not deliver what was promised. My husband despite wearing the all inclusive wristband was told he was not entitled to the food and would have to pay for it. Therefore we did not use the facility at that station. There were only two further stations which we were completely rushed and unable to actually sit down to eat. The food offering was extremely poor—limited to items such as celery and carrot sticks, small portions of fruit with granola, cold chips, processed chicken nuggets, and basic tacos. In addition, the schedule was so rushed that there was little to no opportunity to actually make use of the food and drinks included. To add to this, at the end of the tour we were offered the professional photographs taken during the day for a further $55 USD. While the photos themselves were good quality, by this point we felt we had already been overcharged earlier in the day and chose not to proceed. Under different circumstances, we would likely have purchased them. Overall, while the setting and staff were excellent, the misleading upsell and poor value of the “all-inclusive” package significantly detracted from what should have been a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Go but do not pay any extra once you arrive. It is totally unnecessary.

Upsell everything and tipping - The Cenotes are beautiful and accessible. The primary issue is that you feel pressured to buy extras. The group there is up selling you on everything in some cases unnecessarily. There is also an aggressive pressure to tip as well, which was not appreciated by a number of different parties that were sitting in nearby tables who commented along with myself about the aggressive nature in which tips were sought after. I’ve been going to Mexico for over 20 years and I went to home there. It seems that in the last couple of years things have regressed back to the way it used to be with unnecessary pressure to separate tourists from their money. It’s an unfortunate thing.

Watch what you pay for - Miguel and Giovanny as guides made the visit a very good experience. The cenotes very well kept and fresh. Sadly we pay the “all inclusive” of food and it is not worth it, they do not offer even 10% of what is paid, the food is not in the best conditions and the care is not the best.
