- Plaza Lope de Vega - En route to the Central Market, the tour will explore the vibrant old city with its colorful buildings and beautiful squares, allowing everyone to soak in the lively atmosphere! The second culinary stop will be at a beloved traditional candy store, a perennial favorite!
- Central Market of Valencia - At the third stop, the tour will visit a city landmark nearly a century old: the remarkable Central Market. Here, participants will learn about traditional Valencian dishes and taste exquisite Spanish ham (acorn-fed Iberian ham) and artisanal Spanish sheep’s cheese. While at the market, the group will join locals at a small farm-to-table tapas bar, ready to embrace the Spanish way of life!
- La Lonja de la Seda - On the way to the next culinary delight, the tour will pass by one of the most iconic buildings in the old town — La Lonja — along with several other cultural treasures.
The group will then proceed to one of the finest traditional tapas bars, cherished by Valencians. Open since 1946, it has always specialized in fresh fish. While enjoying tapas, participants will learn all the tips and tricks to appreciate tapas like a local.
- Plaza de la Virgen - Concluding the culinary journey, participants will savor delectable, mouth-watering Spanish croquetas (made with acorn-fed ham) while sipping the most authentic Spanish aperitif. It’s the perfect final treat for the taste buds! Upon reaching the final destination, participants will admire Valencia’s stunning Basilica and bid farewell to their local guide and newfound friends.
