Knockoff Nessa rules! - Knockoff Nessa was a fantastic guide, it would have been a good trip anyway but she just made it fantastic! It was wonderful to go inside Gwen's house, have a drink in the Dolphin & visit the church featured in several scenes. Knockoff Nessa kept us entertained during the travel between stops with a Gavin & Stacey quiz, a singalong to Islands In The Stream & plenty of G&S trivia. Brilliant day out!

Good value for money and great tour! - I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The guide was fun and engaging and the tour was interactive and interesting. Instructions were easy for the pick up and timings just right, although we did finish earlier with being a smaller group, which wasn't an issue. Stacey's house was definitely the highlight of the visit, but the whole thing was a great experience and Barry Island itself was lovely to walk around the coast. I would definitely recommend and return again in years to come....the quiz was a good addition, but made me realise I need to re-watch the entire series, as I didn't know quite a few of the answers. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

Gavin and Stacey tour - The experience was well worth every penny. The coach tour was very informative of the different filming locations that were filmed in and around Barry Island. It was good that we got to go a bit further a field to see some of the filming locations. Some of the locations we could not go to as too far away but the tour guide told us about these locations. The tour guide was very friendly.

A great experience for all Gavin and Stacey fans! - We had a lovely experience on the Barry Island tour. It was very special to see some of the places we were so familiar with, especially in Barry itself. We were lucky enough to have Knock off Nessa as our tour guide, which really made the experience extra special. She brought the place to life and showed us lots of hidden gems. The tour was just under the 3 1/2 hours which was advertised, however it would have been too long otherwise. It was nice to spend some time with fellow Gavin and Stacey fans, and to be able to share the experience with them. It meant that we could make references to each other which enhanced the experience.

Brilliant but coach broke down - Had a brilliant time Dave’s coaches arrived bang on time our guide was amazing from start to finish telling us fun facts and updating up throughout.However once we got back on the coach from visiting the church Dave’s coaches broke down luckily there was a pub nearby so we all had some drinks and about an hour later the mechanic fixed the coach and we finished the tour at gwens house.All in all was a brilliant experience just a shame about Dave’s coaches

Enjoyable but could have been better! - Unfortunately this tour got off to a bad start as we were booked on the 10.30 tour and told to arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. We arrived and there was no coach waiting. It was unfortunately raining and the coach did not show up until 10.50 (20 minutes after the tour start time) this was obviously disappointing and by this point we where wet from waiting in the rain so not in great spirits. The tour guide did apologise and state they were late due to traffic however this then had an effect later on in the tour. When arriving at the church we were not allowed inside as we’d turned up so late they had a service going on so did not allow us to go in. This was disappointing as we were excited to see this :( .. the rest of the tour was great and the tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. The highlight was going inside Gwen’s (Glenda’s) house. Overall we had a good time but I would suggest to be mindful that lots of people have travelled a long way for this tour and to maybe leave earlier to make sure pick up is on time to get the full experience!
