Great! - Tour really well organized. You can enjoy the view, the food and the hotel are superb. Little extra for the guide Raquel, very attentive, sensitive and who really loves his country. She takes very nice photos and videos and even speaks a little French. We did not see many tourists during these 2 days except of course to trains but it is obliged. Thank you again Raquel and driver Iver for this incredible scenery and your clear explanations.

Had a Blast at the Salt Flats - We were lucky enough to have Iber and Vale as our driver/guide and the entire tour was so enjoyable. Both of them were not only highly knowledgeable, but more importantly, very friendly and fun to chat with throughout the two days. The heavy rain that had fallen made certain activities impossible, such as accessing the Tunupa volcano, but they made sure that we compensated by seeing other fascinating sights such as a plethora of seemingly endless rock formations, including a formerly underground cave with stalactites of calcified algae. Of course we spent almost the entire first day on the salar, and I'd agree it does live up to the hype, but for me it is the variety of interesting sights that this team was able to show us, and their warmth and enthusiasm, which really made the experience so fulfilling. I'm not sure if the hotel is always the same one, but we got to stay at Cruz Andina (made of salt!) and it was delightful -- do note that high winds can cut off power at times, but both times it happened they got the generators running again very quickly.

An unforgettable experience! - We had the best time on this tour!! Raquel, our tour guide, made the whole experience very special from start to finish. She has a great command of both English and Spanish which helped our whole tour group stay engaged throughout. Her knowledge and passion for the region, cultures and sites made for an incredible 2 days. Our driver Alex was also great - we felt very safe at all times and able to have a good laugh with him. Thanks again for a truly memorable experience. James & Billie x

It was a great trip - We had a great tour guide with Marco and a very good driver with Kevin. The tour was well organized from start to finish. We had a good hotel, with a great boss, the food was consistently good. We loved the tour and can recommend the provider without exception.

The journey is the reward, expect some disconfort during it - Ever was a super guide. Professional, competent and reassuring. The nature is impressive and we could only want for more stops (perhaps in place of salt processing and train cemetery). Perhaps we could visit a salt extraction operation too? The low points were the night stays and meals (specially breakfasts). Also, we missed visiting Dali’s desert.

Great Tour but can be improved - While I enjoy the majority of this Tour, a few things can be improved. We did the 2-day Salt Flats tour with Andes Expedition. The drivers/guide are very nice and knowledgeable. The tour started on time. The salt hotel (Noritha) that came with the tour is not good. I dont mind basic accommodation but I mind good service. Dinner was so late, it was at 930pm, nobody is available at the reception if you need something. Breakfast was late too, they said 9am but by 910am we came down and nobody was there. We have to wait again. It wasn't a good experience. The tour also came with an early (optional) stargazing/sunrise experience - I did not enjoy this because they squeezed 7 people (plus driver) in a 4x4 vehicle. The drive was so tight and uncomfortable.

Visit Salar de Uyuni - I had a truly incredible experience at the Salar de Uyuni. From the very first moment, I felt I was entering a magical place, where the sky and earth reflect and merge, creating a landscape that seems otherworldly. Walking on that immense natural mirror, surrounded by an embracing silence and a light that illuminates every detail, left me speechless. Every moment was special: the colors of the sunset, the tranquility of the infinite horizon, and the feeling of absolute freedom. It's a place that makes you reflect, fills you with peace, and connects you with nature in a profound way. Without a doubt, it's an experience that will be forever etched in my memory and heart.

Not thrilled - The schedule of activities was really fantastic, however the guide was impatient, condescending and he made the whole experience feel quite rushed and inpersonal.
