Setting Sail to Tahaa

The sun was just beginning to rise over the horizon as I found myself at the Uturoa Harbor, ready to embark on the Coral Garden Tour. The gentle breeze carried the scent of the ocean, a familiar and comforting aroma that always reminds me of home. As a former professional surfer, the ocean has always been my playground, and today, it promised a new adventure beneath its surface.

As a parting gift, the captain’s mother greeted us at the dock with handmade necklaces, a token of the island’s hospitality and warmth.
