Vinciguerra Glacier - Wonderful experience, trekking through the forest, the frozen lagoon and visiting the caves. Super recommended.

Highly recommended and safe 🙌🏻 - Very good service, personalized and with many good vibes! It was a very satisfying and joyful extreme experience, we were 3 25 year old girls doing the night trekking to see the sunrise above. The views are impressive and the glacier is beautiful. 100% recommended!!!!

Vinciguerra Glacier Trekking - The trail was wonderful! It was a total of 7 hours of trail. I went in November and there was still a lot of snow on the trail and at times falling. The landscape is sensational and the ice cave is an attraction in itself! My guide was Emiliano and he was helpful and kind at all times. I recommend that you take the trail with a guide, as the path is long, some points are slippery, there are few people on the trail and there are not many markings. There was also a very delicious sandwich, alfajor and hot chocolate, much needed at the end of the trail. I recommend the company, everything was great.

Unforgetable experience - The entire excursion to the Vinciguerra Glacier was spectacular 👌 the guide Emi was a genius! It was an unforgettable experience. Really recommended. I would hire them again for another similar experience.

No Show and No Communication - I booked this event when I was in Ushuaia the day before as the time and day was available. I asked the tour operator a couple of questions, including about required equipment, but unfortunately, they did not respond. I called Viator to ask them to confirm that my trip was still going to happen as scheduled. They said that they confirmed with the tour operator that it was. Well, rhe guide never showed up and I never heard from them. I have requested a refund. I'm happy to report that I did find another tour guide and I had a very successful trip. Maybe this operator has a good explanation, but I never heard from them... ever. At this point I cannot recommend this tour company.

False advertising - Falsely advertised as a “private tour”. They then told me the evening before that it was canceled (after I messaged them to confirm) due to weather and group size. The forecast shows no rain and best weather of the week. They also said it it’s “accidentally” marked as private. Basically they didn’t want the hassle of taking someone on a private tour if there weren’t other people they could squeeze money out of. Avoid this provider, this trail can be done without a guide.
