Beautiful park! A must see! - Beautiful park. The mountains started appearing as morning went on. Great for all ages. The Easy pick up and return. Dillon, the driver, and Juan, our guide, were excellent. Juan knew a lot about flora and fauna! Can only do the train at the end of the world here, but might want to spend the hour hiking instead. Does cover history of Ushuaia and how it was developed by hard work of the prisoners. The scenery is forest and meadows, yet there is a great stopover with a waterfall and mountain. Overall, a lovely day.

Highly recommend! - Great way to get a taste of the national park and learn about the richness of Ushuaia! This is different from other guided trips where talk tracks feel scripted and dull or stops feel rushed. The guide we had was very engaging, great at storytelling and clearly passionate about Ushuaia and the environment. And given the smaller group size (not a bus), it felt like it was just a conversation with laughter along the way (not a lecture, etc). It started out with intentionally going to a part of the park where there wasn’t anyone else which was nice. Then, we went bopping around to other parts of the park and had free time at some stops to roam around. Opted to skip the train ride to spend more time walking in the park which was very enjoyable. If you want to learn about the history of the prison, etc. then maybe the train ride is for you. Would recommend picking based on what you prefer. Overall, it was a seamless experience and great for all fitness levels. The guide had great language proficiency and made sure to interact with everyone. It was a blast! Left in awe of the beautiful breath of the geographical diversity. Highly recommend doing this with this tour company vs others!

Landscapes for walking - They picked me up at the hotel and we went to the park as a group. The landscapes are amazing, you breathe peace in every corner and it is really worth touring, we did several circuits. Our guide Lucas, was super friendly, attentive at all times and explained every detail in a clear and interesting way, answering our queries. Undoubtedly, an excursion I recommend for anyone who wants to connect with nature and enjoy an unforgettable day.

Awesome, well organized tour! - We had a great tour of Tierra del Fuego. Communication with the Explore team prior to the tour was clear (as I needed to make sure we would be back on time for another tour). Our guide whose name started with an M (unfortunately forgot her first name) was lovely - very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. It was nice seeing the beautiful landscapes and was overall very smooth and organized. I would highly recommend!

Amazing views and hikes - A truly amazing experience for this part of the world. Juan-se and Dilan were very knowledgeable and were perfect guides. They knew much about the local culture and history of Tierra Del Fuego from the flora and fauna to the indigenous people. The views from the short hikes we did were beautiful and it was the perfect amount of time. The train was fine but the highlight is for sure the guided tour and the tour guides themselves.

Poor management; poor customer service - This was the worst experience we have ever had with any company anywhere in the world. We first saw the company through "Get Your Guide" and then contacted them through What'sApp. They were responsive and helpful. We reserved a spot for a tour today, and they explained that we could pay in advance or pay by credit card in the morning when we show up. (I've attached a copy of the WhatsApp messages.) We showed up at 7:45, as requested, and were greeted by a woman who told us that since we didn't pay, we didn't have a reservation, and they were fully booked. She admitted that she saw the WhatsApp messages, but said she didn't know why her "partner" promised us spots since they require funds in order to secure a reservation. We then asked what could be done, and she played with her computer, ignoring us. After 15 minutes of this, we asked what she was doing, and she said she was trying to find us spots in a "tour leaving at 10 or 11." We had to be back at our ship by 3, so this idea was not possible (not that she ever communicated or cleared this with us). So - (1) they promised something that they did not deliver; (2) they ignored us and let precious time slip away (who knows how much longer she would continue typing away at her computer and not speaking to us unless we asked what was going on); and (3) they did not come up with a single way to redress the situation. We left the company's storefront without any idea of how to spend our day. (We ended up having quite a great experience for a lot cheaper from someone we found at the pier.)
