Caesar, excellent pilot and steakhouse! - The views are amazing and the tour is very picturesque, but I can not fail to mention the good vibe and interest of Caesar to make us feel comfortable and have a good time at every moment of the trip. The day I travel to Antarctica as a guide, we will do it with him, no doubt. It is also very good steakhouse! WE'LL BE BACK!

The best possible company - Excellent experience, essential scenery and relevant explanations, with stops at the pleasure of travelers. The roast and sweet lunch was excellent. I was traveling alone, but with the guide Caesar and the other travelers it was like being in a group of friends, a really special day with the best possible vibe.

Operator is a SCAMMER & Cannot be TRUSTED!!!!! Avoid!!!! - THIS OPERATOR IS A SCAMMER & CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!! I booked a tour (1 of many) with Viator Australia 6 months in advance - Escondido and Fagnano Lakes Tour with Breakfast in Stay I shoud have been suspicious in the beginning, when they NEVER RESPONDED TO QUESTIONS about our hotel pickup! A few days before the due date the company started contacting me via WhatApp. They then constantly changed their minds about the tour details and whether they can pick us and our luggage up or not for days. After finally AGREEING to Pick us up. They then suddenly tell me they cannot transfer our luggage as agreed! Also they are saying that the tour DOES NOT include Lunch (BREAKFAST), so that would cost us extra AND the tour will NOT RETURN UNTIL AFTER 4PM. NOT 3PM as advertised. (They found out we had a plane to catch!) They tried to "OFFER A PRIVATE TOUR" but of course THAT WOULD COST MUCH MORE! They contacted me via WhatsApp (probably so Viator had no record of their lies and the SCAMS THEY ARE RUNNING!) They then asked me to cancel the booking, but I told them I CANNOT since it is within 24 Hours and they have wasted so much time and I won't get a refund. THEY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WANT TO CONTACT VIATOR so they would have to admit their SCAMS. Eventually, Viator agreed to refund my money, but the SCAMMERS HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID!
