An amazing experience with nature. - I went with my 13-year-old son. The excursion exceeded my expectations. Interesting, complete and out of the ordinary and routine. - Excellent day trip stopping in Paso Garibaldi, in Estancia Pyrinaica to drink something warm with rich sweet things. Then visit the old lighthouse almost destroyed by an earthquake and the new one next to it. And the vessel Desdemona ran aground on the beach 40 years ago and with access if the tide is out. Lunch at a nearby stay and back passing through Tolhuin and its iconic Kaiken Hostel on the shores of Lake Fagnano or Khami. ..

Great day trip away from the crowds. - Great guide & only three participants. The location is out of the way & parts require 4-wheel drive, so we had the locations to ourselves. Great for photographs not having other tourists in the shot. The scenery along the way was amazing. And a tasty homemade lunch.

A fun excursion away from Ushuaia - Half of the experience is spent traveling by vehicle. Based on this, the experience may change based on who you are traveling with. I was a solo traveler, who got placed with a nice family from Argentina, so I had the opportunity to spend this time on practicing my Spanish and to learn more about their culture. Additionally, the weather was bad that day, so the vehicle provided us with shelter from the environment. The landscape was beautiful, and we even saw some guanacos along the way. The guide was helpful. While driving, he explaining to us the environment, the history, and what we were seeing as we drove. The food was nice. We even made an unplanned stop at a bakery on our drive back. Overall, the experience was enjoyable.
