A very nice experience - Very nice walk. The team is very welcoming. Our guide very available and speaking very good English. It is well prepared with maps and documents available to locate us in the Beagle Canal and talk to us about wildlife. And, icing on the cake, we will have seen some whales:-)

Easy day trip - Check in and boarding was very efficient and on time. Boat was clean and appeared well maintained. Some storage under the seats for smaller bags. Stopped for a good length of time at the lighthouse and sealion colonies, captain did a good job of moving the boat about very smoothly. The landing and trek was an enjoyable experience. Before landing there was a briefing, they are very clear on what is and isn't allowed, invaluable in limiting impact from travelers. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave the information in both Spanish and English. This was a last minute booking after our travel plans changed, I am glad we did it.

Terrific Tour! - Gabriel was a terrific guide. He made sure we knew safety rules and what was going to happen for the day. He pointed out wildlife and gave information about the channel. We saw numerous whales. The captain slowed down so we could all take pictures. We also saw lots of cormorants and sea lions. It was an excellent day despite rain on the way back.

Nice people, Nice Boat, Nice Tour! - This was a great little trip out of Ushuaia to see the Beagle Channel and some local flora and fauna. The boat is small, seating only about 20 passengers but it is snug and cozy even in a blow. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful and his English is fluent. The on-shore walking component is on dirt and unstable rock, and getting on and off the boat is over metal sheeting so I would not recommend this trip to folks who can not walk confidently on unstable surfaces. One thing to be aware of when securing your ticket is that the Patagonia Express has two offices at the pier. One appears to be closed so be sure to look for the other one! All in all a good value for the money.
