Amazing experience!! - Going out on the Ingrid Princess with Captain Tracy was one of the highlights for my summer of 2025. I’ve lived in Sequim for five years and went out w some friends visiting from out of town. He has an amazing knowledge of the sea and boating and a respect for nature that is truly inspiring. I can’t wait to take my future friends visiting Sequim out on the Ingrid Princess. If you want a delightful day on the water w an amazing Captain - this boat is your huckleberry.

Awesome experience with an Exceptional Captain on a Historical Boat in Iconic PNW waters! - It would be easy to be too enthusiastic with this review but after a three hour experience that none of our party of four adults will forget, here are the basics. The Ingrid Princess has been around the world. She was also sailed solo by this Captain around the Pacific - Oregon, Mexico, New Zealand, Japan, Alaska and back. Although she has seen the world and is nearly 50 years old, she is still perfect. Tracy, her owner and Captain, has exceptional expertise and communication skills. Combined with an encyclopedic knowledge of the local area, he made our three hours seem like 30 minutes, but in a very relaxing way that seemed to perfectly capture the allure of sailing. To be fair, our weather was ideal with clear skies and enough wind to sail comfortably surrounded by beautiful mountains on the horizon. The conversation and requests for instruction were tailored to our interests and questions. We all learned lots about sailing and handling the boat, but with our persistent questioning we also learned about solo sailing adventures that could easily be a best selling book. Thank you, Captain Hollister, for sharing some of you amazing stories with us and for a perfect sailing experience!

A superb experience. - eview of sailing I had never been sailing before. So when I booked the afternoon sailing, I assumed there would be 6 people there along with my wife and I. . When my wife and I arrived, Tracy was there to greet us at the dock with only us as his guests. Friendly even affable, he greeted us like we were old friends. He led us onto his sailboat and comfortably situated us. We had never been on a boat like his so we were at first apprehensive but he quickly set us at ease. I don’t know what I i was going to experience , but what I got was far beyond all my expectations! Not only was the day beautiful, sunny with a light breeze, but the real treasure of the day was our pilot Tracy. He was several people all in one: a 50-year veteran of sailing, passed on from his father to him when he was as young as five; he also educated us as a professor with his vast knowledge of not only sailing, but the geography of the area, and even the history of the native tribes that lived there. And yet his true gift was as a weaver of stories. He kept us thoroughly captured by the breadth of his travels, all around the world. And best of all, despite his obvious talents, wit, and intelligence, he was a truly transparent, humble and real human being. He presented profound elements as simple and yet equally mysterious and relatable all at the same time. The day was so memorable that it was the highlight of our vacation. I walked away a better person having gone sailing with Tracy. His love of people, of sailing, and the respect that he had for the environment and the native peoples equate to a quite remarkable experience. Can I recommend this to you? Yes of course. But you will not leave the same person. You will be impressed, entertained, seduced, and won over by a remarkable man and his sailboat
