Each participant will select an electric bike based on their size and preference. The e-bike will be equipped with a drink holder, a cell-phone holder, a tire repair kit, a lock, and either a bag or basket. A team member will provide instructions on bike operation and trail safety.

The Mount Vernon trail, located just a few blocks from the bike shop, leads to George Washington’s estate, Mount Vernon. Participants can secure their bike and enjoy a tour of the estate, or they can choose to return to the bike shop using the same route, which is approximately 7 miles each way.
