The driver was very helpful and friendly. He texted prior to pickup to make sure we were going to be in the right location. He also was willing to drop us off where we needed to be. Top WOW trail

Love the Big Rack Shuttle service. As a SLC local, I use it several times a year. Service is always on time and the ride is always safe and comfortable. Well worth the price!

I missed my first shuttle because the directions to the pick-up spot was unclear. I was minutes away but they wouldnt wait. So i rescheded on the phone for a 2 o'clock pickup. I was toldt
To meet behind the 711 near the canyons resort. I did this but never saw anyone. The person u spoke to had put my name on the wrong pickup so nobody called me until they were at pcmr. The driver on the phone was very short and in sympathetic about the situation and was not willing to come back for me even though it was their mistake. All I was offered was a refund after wasting 5 plus hours driving from Brigham city and wasting tons of has vhasing them around all day. Wasted 5 hrs and never got to ride crest. These guys suck and have terrible communication and customer service.
