Wonderful - Our guide was fantastic. It was kind of rainy but, that didn’t stop us. If you get the chance do this one.

A taste of the Black Hills - Excellent tour! Nick our guide did an amazing job of giving us a little history of the area along with a great deal of present day information. He was professional, adaptable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Black Hills area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. An absolutely perfect day for what we were looking for!

Deadwood is worth the trip - Affordable Adventures was the company I was booked to. Scott was our tour guide. This was a private tour and we got all we paid for. He was extremely knowledgeable with the areas as well as the history. He was also very helpful. I would book with him again. Deadwood by itself is well work the trip. The history lesson from Scott was amazing.

Take it or leave it. - Of all my tours this was my least favorite. Really wanted more time in Deadwood which we were told we would have. That was not the case. We wanted to make sure we saw the shootout skit, which we did but really did not have time to eat lunch. We seemed to make stops and spend time on things that could have been more abbreviated. The other four people on the tour were great. Just happens that we met them at dinner that night after the tour and I think it is safe to say they were not overwhelmed either. Our guide was Nick, he was nice, personable but just did not seem to get into it as other guides do. Don't get me wrong, it was ok, but would not recommend it or do it again. That is not the case with other tours. This was my second to Mt. Rushmore and they were both outstanding.
