A Fun Night Out Solving a Mystery! - We were in Myrtle Beach for the MLK weekend, and thought this would be a fun dinner out. The food was great, and the servers were very thoughtful and accommodating. The actors were funny, and interacted with a wide variety of audience members, including the younger attendees. It was an all-around great time, and we plan to check out their wild west counerpart on our next trip.

Fun time dinner - A fun whodunit with actors and crowd participation! Riga Tony provides the narrative and the action follows!

Riga-Tony's is a GREAT Show! - We had a blast at the Riga-Tony's Murder Mystery Dinner Show. The venue was nicely decorated for Christmas and the singer, "Janet", even sang some Christmas songs. It was easy to book the show and the price was typical for this type of show. The food, tomato bisque soup to start and then ziti with a large and very tasty meatball, was filling. The cannoli's were delicious, as was the cheesecake. The preshow was fun. so I recommend arriving the hour early. The show itself, was non-stop action with lots of audience participation. Guests needed to get up and walk around to inspect a variety of "clues". There's a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. And the venue even has a small gift shop. The tables were full, but the crowd size was comfortable. The length of time was just right for a murder mystery dinner. The serving staff was friendly, quick and efficient. This show is great for couples, as well as groups. We highly recommend this show!

Worth it! - Absolutely 5 stars +. So much fun. So interactive and involved the whole audience. Worth the money! The food was good, not exceptional. Will definitely go again.

It was NOT the butler... - Riga Tony's Murder Mystery was a bit of a mixed bag. Playing to a smaller off-season audience, the cast and staff nonetheless did not disappoint. The presentation and interactions were fun, and while figuring out whodunnit wasn't hard, piecing together the clues to answer the "why" question was worth the effort. Compliments to the actors playing the "Lieutenant", "Riga Tony Jr", and most of all "Janet" (whose interpretations of Postmodern Jukebox songs were also excellent). The New York mob accents were overplayed but added to the fun. The bartender was fun and funny, but mixed an overly generous G&T that would strip paint. The soup course was good, but the pasta was dry with what little sauce essentially baked on (good meatball tho). Granted, you don't go to a murder mystery dinner for the food, but it is an area that could stand some improvement. Overall, it was a fun evening, with imaginative and hilarious antics so the food didn't much matter all that much.

Average Dinner Theater and Subpar Food Quality and Service - We had expectations of a better experience. The show started before we arrived which was 14-minutes before the planned time. The waitress offered only water, soda or sweet tea. Since it was cold outside, they didn’t have any hot tea but wanted to serve hot water instead. Finally, they came with hot coffee with powdered creamer. The appetizer was a creamy tomato 🍅 soup with a slice of garlic bread. Only three of us got the appetizer until it was pointed out to the waitress she had not served the rest of the table. The soup was good. The entree was penne with a little tomato 🍅 sauce and a meatball. The meatball was good but the penne was terribly overcooked and uneatable. The cannoli was good for dessert. The acting of the staff was not good. It was discombobulated with little understanding of the theme, It is not recommended to book a reservation.

Really wanted to like this show... - We were going to go to the pirate show but it was closed on Thursdays, so we chose Riga Tony's. It turned out to be a night out... The actors worked very hard but the show was a tad less than entertaining. The dinner was not very good, the cannoli's for desert however were really good.

Waste of money. - Cheesy acting, burnt ziti noodles with very little marinara sauce. The meatball was very good. Only 2 people on our table of 8 people are the meal. The table to my left with 2 people only ate 1 bite of their food. Pretty much the same throughout the venue. Ordered pizza from Pizza shop on the way back to the hotel.

Don’t waste you’re money… - I was very disappointed with this experience. While the actors made an effort, the performance ultimately fell short of being entertaining. The food was extremely poor and served on dirty plates. My husband refused the second course entirely, and I only took one bite. The pasta was dry and overcooked, and I didn’t even attempt the meatball. Our plates had crusted-on residue, as if they hadn’t been properly cleaned. Several guests left early, and although we tried to stick it out, we left after nearly two hours. (Pre-show was an hour, the main show was listed as 2 hours) The show had little to do with the advertised 1930s or mob theme, aside from a few costumes and pictures on the walls. Overall, I regret purchasing tickets. We ended up leaving and going to another restaurant just to have a decent meal.
