There are NO REFUNDS within 2 weeks of your arrival date. If you cancel more than 2 weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your booking, minus a 10% administrative fee. Rain delays are sometimes required for guided tours. No rain cancellations unless our tour guides see it fit; our tour guides are trained to keep you secure.
