During your visit, you’ll meet our well-trained pack llamas, learn about their upbringing, training, and care, and discover why they make such outstanding backcountry companions. Guests are encouraged to ask questions, take photos, and spend time getting to know the llamas—each with its own unique personality and story.

Your guide will provide insights into llama packing, ranch life in Montana, and how these animals are utilized for wilderness travel, conservation-focused recreation, and outfitting. Depending on the tour, you might even have the opportunity to walk a llama, see packing equipment, or watch a brief demonstration.
