We've done a lot of distillery tours over the last 12 or so years and yours is definitely towards the "best" end of the scale. We liked that the tasting was integrated in the tour rather than tacked on at the end. We liked the genuine enthusiasm and the obvious knowledge of our guide (Dan, I think). We liked the little amplifier that was just loud enough to be able to hear everything. We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone we met in the store. And we liked the interesting origin story of New Riff. Thanks!
