Farrar Elementary is a MUST SEE for any Paranormal Club! - I am a teacher who sponsors a Paranormal Club, and we wanted to experience the investigations at Farrar Elementary. We booked with Ivy for a 6 pm experience. First of all, Ivy is an absolute delight! Our group had 8 students and 4 adults; we had a blast! From the boiler room to the auditorium, we experienced activity and all things only the Farrar team could show us. I give this experience a 10/10. We would love to go back and try this out again. Thank you Ivy for being so awesome!

A few suggestions - While we greatly enjoyed the building itself, along with the provided equipment, we were disappointed that a general history of the building (year built, year closed as a school, possible reasonings for hauntings, haunted history, etc) was not given when we arrived. With our tour being 4 hours long, it would have also been nice to be informed that the water fountains in the building were not working so that we would have known to bring our own drink (or perhaps a bottle of water given to those in attendance...especially given the price paid per ticket). The group I toured with collectively agreed that far too much time was spend in each individual room, and while I can appreciate the potential safety concerns given the state of the building, we would have liked the opportunity to explore on our own- even if it was in a marked off room or hallway.
