Terrific experience & will do it again! - We had an amazing snorkel experience. It was my daughter and I and four others in the group . Jacques did a terrific job explaining what to do prior to going in the water. When in the water, he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the different fish we saw and making everyone feel comfortable. I will definitely book again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing guide and wonderful experience! - Jacques was amazing! A very experienced guide, he was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. Jacques does small groups only, which was really a plus! Our group was made up of six, ages ranging from 10 - 73. He even quelled all fears that our youngest ( and oldest ) brought up! Jacques made each one of us feel comfortable. He took every precaution in preparing us for our snorkeling experience... sharing information with us about the ocean conditions on the day we were going out, what to expect to see, and reviewing how to use the equipment. Very nice equipment ( by the way )! Each one of us had a great time, and look forward to doing this snorkeling experience again on our next trip to Florida!

This was my first time... - This was my first time snorkeling, and the instructor helped me feel safe and well informed prior to going out in the water. He was showing us different species of fish throughout the trip and we even saw a sting ray. He made sure all participants stayed close and were feeling comfortable with their snorkel. Overall a wonderful experience.

Ten out of ten. - An excellent trip expertly lead by our guide Jacques. It was my 12 year old daughters first experience in the ocean with snorkel and fins. Jacques is an excellent tutor, patient and guided us effortlessly. Strongly recommend this experience.

Unreliable - Cancelled my snorkelling without reason. Is it because i am going by myself as on tripadvisor booking they say there is room. Erggg

Cancelled the day of, but... - Cancelled the day of, but he didn't call or text me to let me know. Viator sent an email, but I don't check email every hour of the day, so we waited for 45 minutes until I called Viator and they told me. It was my daughter's first snorkeling trip, so she was very disappointed.

Unreliable - We are a group of 4 who booked individually. Each of our bookings were canceled by the company the day before the adventure, due to apparent overbooking, but only after being confirmed via email. So that sucked. If you’re going to book with this company, definitely have a backup plan.
