• Is allowed to bring food and drinks on the trip.
• In cases of climatic problems:
• We do not rely on weather forecasts.
• Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company instructs otherwise.
• Do not assume that the trip will be cancelled due to weather conditions in your area.
• Protocol in case of rain upon arrival:
• We will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
• If there is no improvement, we will act according to the weather protection selected by the customer during payment.
• The person who presented their ID at the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
• Service Start Time: Service duration is counted from the reserved time slot, not the customer’s arrival time.
• Delay Policy: The boat captain will assess whether waiting is feasible without disrupting operations. The decision is at the captain’s sole discretion.
• No-Show Consequence: Significant delays may be treated as a “no-show”, resulting in trip cancellation without refund—especially if the delay impacts duration, safety, or logistics.
• Key Recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid issues.
• The captain selection process, contract signing, and Boating Safety ID (if required) must be completed online before the trip.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
