According to US Coast Guard bareboat charter regulations, these fees must be paid directly to third parties and cannot be processed through us, as this would be illegal.

All departure times depend on availability and will be confirmed post-booking. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time or provide a similar alternative.

Departing from Biscayne Bay, the tour offers views of the Downtown and Brickell skyline, as well as the Port of Miami. The journey includes passing the renowned “Millionaire’s Row,” showcasing waterfront mansions and superyachts on Palm Island and Hibiscus Island—ideal for capturing photos and videos.

Upon reaching Fisher Island, the water becomes bluer and calmer due to the natural protection of the islands. Here, guests can enjoy the skyline and South Beach, cruise leisurely to spot celebrity homes and iconic architecture, or anchor to swim and relax in tranquil waters.

Expect smooth sailing, picturesque spots, and an itinerary that combines luxury, nature, and cityscapes in one route. Fisher Island is one of Miami’s most iconic locations, offering an elegant setting and stunning waters at any time of day—especially at sunset.

IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES

Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.

Jet Skis must be reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is insufficient time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be provided. The Jet Ski cost is non-refundable, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.

Fuel and crew fees are payable in full, even if the full charter time is not utilized due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.

No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not attend their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.

All guests must adhere to captain and crew safety instructions at all times.

Boat rules are strictly enforced (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).
