IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES

Punctuality is essential. Late arrivals will not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to lateness is forfeited.

Jet Skis must be reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is insufficient time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be provided. The Jet Ski cost is non-refundable, as they are exclusively pre-booked for your charter.

Fuel and crew fees are required in full, even if the entire charter time is not utilized due to late arrival. These expenses are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.

No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not attend their booking, no refunds will be given, as the funds cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.

All guests must adhere to the captain and crew’s safety instructions at all times.

Boat rules are strictly enforced (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).
