• • All drivers who were born on or after Jan 1st 1988 must complete a boaters course.
• • Operating a boat of 10 HP or more is required by Florida law to pass a boater education examination, unless riding as a passenger.
• • Must be 14 years old to operate accompanied by someone who is 18 or older must be on the ski.
• • Must be 18 years old to rent jet ski equipment
• • All riders must sign their own/separate waiver form.
• • 2 people maximum per ski.
• • Rentals are inspected before and after every ride. Driver will be responsible for any and all damage, repair, and labor costs.
• • If you are born on or after January 1st 1988 you are required to take the boaters safety course and obtain Florida’s Boating Safety Education Identification Card before operating the jet ski. Please obtain card before your booking.
• • Wetsuit bottoms are recommended
• • All drivers must have a valid photo ID
• • Maximum weight limit per ski is 400lbs
• • Consumption of any alcohol/drugs is not permitted on any of our vessels. If any such violation should occur or appearing intoxicated, your deposit/payment will be forfeited.
• there may be a fuel charge of 25 per 1 hour or 40 per 2 hour
