The cruise was a lot of... - The cruise was a lot of fun and family friendly for my husband, my grown kids, and me. I personally would not bring kids under 13 unless they are experienced snorkelers, but there were young children in the water.

We liked it - The trip was great, but we expected to see more corals and fish. But it’s not connected to the team.

Pretty good snorkle, sunset, boat ride - Good trip, but sail was not raised. Cap't said too much wind...(Saw many sailing) it was a 6' jump into the ocean, and a nerve wracking return to the boat via metal stairs being pounded w waves and no assistance. Good rum punch, efficient crew, not much variety or color at reef.

Old Town and water adventure - My 1st time visiting Key West. I love all the activities Fury Water Adventures has to offer! The double dip snorkel adventure was fabulous, very organized and friendly crew. Would definitely book again. Key West vibe gave me Island vibes, calm and relaxing or up and about. Take comfortable shoes for walking.

Very mixed experience - We, my wife and I, went on the evening snorkeling tour with our 15-year-old son on 29.08.25. We’ll divide the trip into two parts: 1. Snorkeling 2. Sunset Sailing The snorkeling would get 0 out of 5 stars from us. The skipper, whom we actually found rather arrogant, did (we assume) not take us to the spot shown in the promotional photos. We were about 1.5–2 nautical miles away from the tower that is shown. There was no reef or anything similar to see (we’ve snorkeled before in Maui and at the Great Barrier Reef, so we can judge quite well what’s possible) – a total disappointment and not worth the money. Apart from a few fish right at the boat, there was nothing to see. Altogether, the group was able to spend a maximum of 25 minutes in the water. The equipment was OK, but there were no prescription snorkel masks (my wife wears glasses). Other providers do offer this. Now to point 2) Sunset Sailing: The entire time we went under motor, the sails were put up about two-thirds just for show (I’m a sailor myself), but that was still fine. Right after the swim (as I said, there was no reef or coral to see), the bar opened and there was rum punch, wine, and beer in abundance – really more than enough and all the way until docking at the pier. The rest of the crew was super friendly and helpful – big compliments for that. We also had a truly beautiful sunset and were able to take excellent pictures. The promised 3 hours were very well kept. The 3 stars we’re giving are for the crew and the sunset sailing, but definitely not for the snorkeling, which we felt was a fake.

Fun Until it Was Not - Our trip started off so wonderful. We were running a little late and couldn’t find the meeting point. One of the staff gave us a friendly call to make sure we were coming and directed us to the destination. The crew members were very nice! Such a sweet group of young ladies! We had a really great time until our trip was soured at the end of snorkeling. The instructions we received were to not stand/touch the coral and to swim in front of the boat. Unfortunately, A few passengers had snorkeled too far from the boat. It seemed to be a genuine mistake. In response, Captain Steve screamed at them as they made their way back to the boat. He then yelled directly in the passenger’s face and once he learned they didn’t speak English made comments such as “How do you come to America and not speak English” and “you can do that stuff in Germany but not America.” I then heard him mocking the individuals. The interaction was very unprofessional and unkind. It was really an unfortunate scene to witness. I understand Captain Steve may have been frustrated due to the possibility of them being injured but that’s no excuse for that type of behavior. It really was such a beautiful experience until the yelling. Key West is such a big tourist attraction to everyone in the world. Maybe some suggestions would be to make sure all passengers fully understand the directions in their language, a crew member serves as a guide in the water to make sure people stay within bounds, or that a crew member is attentive to those swimming.
