I loved Manatee Springs - My husband and I camped at Manatee Springs and had a wonderful time. The camp ground is very quiet and clean. The Spings were beautiful and the Manatee were plentiful. I highly suggest this as a great day trip. Make sure you go kayaking - the river was quiet and we saw so many animals!

Beautiful Springs and clean campsites - We camped on Magnolia Loop Site 5. The site was level and well laid out. It was right across from a paved path to the bathroom, which was perfect for us. The bathrooms were clean. It was a short easy walk to the spring. The boardwalk was well maintained and had plenty of benches to rest on. The pavilion and dock at the end of the boardwalk were perfect for fishing. We saw tons of wildlife, including an alligator, deer and fish. We already have reservations for another visit in March, hoping to see manatee then
