If you're visiting St.... - If you're visiting St. Thomas and want an unforgettable island experience, The Best of St. Thomas Private Sightseeing Tour run by David’s Fun Tour is absolutely the way to go!
We were fortunate to have Michael as our driver, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel completely at ease the entire time. His passion for the island really shines through, and he shared so much history, culture, and local insight that we never would have learned on our own.
One of the best parts of booking with David’s Fun Tour is the private experience. There’s no rushing, no crowded buses, and no strict schedule. Michael tailored the tour to our interests, gave us plenty of time at each stop, and made sure we saw the most breathtaking viewpoints on the island.
The scenery was absolutely stunning—panoramic mountain views, crystal-clear turquoise water, and incredible photo opportunities at every turn. Michael knew all the perfect spots for pictures and even helped us capture some amazing shots. He also shared fascinating stories and local recommendations that made the experience feel personal and authentic.
What truly made this tour special was Michael’s warm personality and attention to detail. He treated us like friends, not just passengers, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time.

Fun Day in the Sun! - Great way to see many “must sees” on the island. Had a wonderful guide (Ms. Stacy) who shared a lot of her island’s history. Photo opportunities abound — be sure to brandish the swords at Blackbeard’s Castle. Ended the day at Magens Bay — just wow!!! Would definitely recommend for an adult group — might not keep kids interest. Our “girls” group of 9 had a marvelous time. Fun way to spend the day on this beautiful island! Highly recommend!!

Engaging host!! - Our host was very helpful with suggestions and ideas, listen to them. If they recommend a more secluded beach than Meagan’s Bay, listen! Although a beautiful beach, there were 5 cruise ships in port and it was packed!

Great island tour!!! - This was a great experience. Michael, our tour guide, drove us all around to the best sights in St. Thomas. The streets there are very narrow and difficult to drive and he got us through them safely and efficiently, allowing us to see the most sights we could. He took us to the top of the mountain, the downtown area and along the coast. It was a great tour. We stopped on a few occasions to allow our group to shop for souvenirs and also eat lunch at a great local restaurant he recommended. I recommend this tour to anyone who visits St. Thomas

Great communication and refund policy - My group unfortunately did not get to experience the arranged tour, as our cruise ship was unable to dock due to high winds and rough waves, but I wanted to leave a review nonetheless because the communication and professionalism have been excellent. Indeed, David was always prompt with his email replies and issued a full refund soon after we were unable to take the tour. I look forward to using the company in the future!

Used as a shore excursion - We booked this tour to get us around the island to see the highlights and give us a little bit of beach time. Our driver, Stacy was very nice and very informative.. The weather was a little yucky that day, so it impacted the experience which was no fault of the company. I needed to move 10 women around the island in the most cost-effective way and get us to Megan’s Bay. I felt like the tour was a little overpriced for what you get. It cost us $900 to have her for about 6 1/2 hours. Plus, we had to pay the entrance fee into the beach and the chairs were . It was a seven dollar entrance fee and then $40 for two beach chairs and a It was a seven dollar entrance fee and then $40 for two beach chairs and umbrella. I feel like we could’ve found something a little bit more reasonable. The fact that we 10 people make it a little difficult on options. If I did it again, I think I would’ve just hired a taxi to take us to Megan‘s Bay and maybe negotiated a stop or two. It was nice having her with us at the whole time. Just not sure it was worth $900.
