Amazing! - Amazing experience. This tour was very well run. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They obviously love what they do and understood how to make the most of the experience for us. We had a perfect afternoon and sunset with many whales on show. Would thoroughly recommend this company for whale watching. They also catered well for a wheelchair.

A must do! - Book with these guys. The experience was hassle free, on a comfortable vessel with an amazingly accommodating crew. The whales performed too :) The Captain's insights, command of the cruiser and consideration of passengers getting the best out of the day; awesome. Thanks team!

Amazing! - We were impressed! Friendly and attentive service- welcomed with a smile from start to end. Once we left the port, a welcoming of hot drinks were offered and brought to us on the deck. Around 20 friendly people onboard, perfectly spaced so we didn’t feel crowded at all and everyone could view the whales without trouble. A windy day, we expected some bumps and rolling- it wasn’t a drama the boat and crew handled it perfectly and we loved the action! Not too far past Frasers’ Nth Coast we got to stay and admire 3 males and a female then we headed out further to find several pods of Mum and calf. Mum’s were tail splashing and calves were learning breaching. Lots of water spouting! Afternoon tea and dinner were of quality food selections and the captains talks on the region and knowledge of the whales was thoughtful, insightful and his commentary of the sighting and action of the whales showed genuine emotion. He and his crew genuinely love their jobs

Afternoon with whales. - After many visits to Hervey Bay we took this as an opportunity to do a whale sight seeing cruise. We are so happy that we chose Whalesong Cruise. We decided to do the sunset cruise and we were not disappointed. We were lucky to have close experiences with a number of whales after the captain and crew took time to give guests every opportunity to see these amazing animals. The food onboard was tasty and served by staff.

A relaxed way to end your day - A comfortable boat trip within the calm waters of Hervey Bay. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and beautiful scenery made a very enjoyable two hours. Saw some dolphins as an added bonus. All very relaxing.

Sadly not worth $100 - It was ok, but for the price I expected more. The boat had some nice outdoor viewing decks but the indoors was dark, drab and utilitarian. The trip was so overbooked, a large group of 12-15 decided not to bother getting on and even then not everyone fitted in the indoor spaces, which was a problem given it was drizzling. The promise of a seafood buffet wasn’t really met (the photos were definitely misleading there) - there were some lovely large prawns, but the rest was a bit disappointing - halved cherry tomato’s on crackers, bits of warm cheddar, some cucumber, a meatball etc. If it was half the price I’d say it was fine - but you do expect more for $100 a ticket. I’d save the cash and do something else.

Very poor - Did not make the cruise because the boat was small and it was raining. We could not sit or stand in the rain.
