Dress as a Swiss cheese chef and strike a pose in front of our enormous fondue pot, one of the largest in Switzerland. After exploring the history and cultural importance of cheese fondue in Switzerland (including the intriguing tales of the Swiss cheese mafia and their cheese conspiracy), participants will discover the various types of Swiss cheese, enjoy them paired with exquisite wines, and then craft their own cheese fondue from scratch.
